What about students? I cant focus on anything properly Sometimes i cant even study without having some other music turned on in background What is this?
Things like listening to music, or fidgeting behaviours like leg jiggling, fidget spinners, clicking a pen, etc. can provide dopamine boosts and sensory input regulation. Music can help block out other distractions, and fidgeting can counter restlessness, improving focus and reducing distractibility for some people with ADHD.
