@@prajnar813 Well Pakistan has been broken at the hands of India. We have a lot of grievances too! Pakistan anchors are very well spoken and articulate and a lot of Indians watch them. But when something critical about India is said you get sulky faces and comments. That is why I said don't watch if you don't like. I don't like Indian anchors as they are full of hate and bigotry. They are third class quality anchors. I don't watch them. Inspite of carrying so much venom Indians like to watch Pakistani anchors because they are well spoken and decent.

Islam is the best religion period! Second it’s not to be forced on anyone else, Muslims are supposed to live with peace and harmony with every religion. Whoever believes and does otherwise is not following the true book (Quran) and going against prophets teachings. Allah created us and instilled us with free will, no religion, community, person or country have the right to take it away. Think for yourself, be any religion you want to be, do your own research before judging a religion based on some people who are not the best examples of that religion. ✌️

Thanks for the comments! Based on what I've read, it seems this video may contain inaccurate or biased information about India. I'm not sure why, but Mr. Hoodbhoy has changed his usual approach from discussing scientific exploration to more intense and controversial subjects, one possibly because they attract attention. Plus he's talking in a fashion archetypal of Pakistanis(Hypocritical Pro Max). Also he's taking a much stronger stance on these topics, as if he feels pressured to address these personally. I don't know if he's trying to show different viewpoints or maybe trying to make certain people happy, possibly to support the educational spread of his black-hole project and keep Pakistani students and “Jaahil-awaam” informed about something at least.

The Indian Congress party has, unfortunately, failed to prioritize the well-being of Indian minorities, particularly the Indian Muslims. If they genuinely cared about the welfare of this community, Indian minorities would be in a much better educational and economic condition. However, the Indian Congress has instead exploited them as a vote bank and continuously propagated the threat of Hindutva.
While it is true that the current regime in India has a Hindutva orientation, it does not imply that they are actively targeting those who do not follow Hinduism. It is essential to comprehend the concept that when someone identifies as Hindu, it does not pose any harm to others. As long as there is no harm inflicted upon one another, we can coexist harmoniously. Prior to the current regime, the Indian Congress consistently portrayed "Hindus coming to get you" as villains solely for the sake of securing votes.
One aspect where the present-day Indian Muslims may be misguided is their reluctance to have any representation from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in both the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, as the BJP receives minimal support from the Muslim community. It is crucial for Muslims to be educated and make independent decisions, enabling them to represent their community within the BJP. I genuinely believe that if this were to happen, a Muslim could potentially become the Prime Ministerial candidate from the BJP in the future.
On the other hand, it is commendable that Indian Muslims have chosen to remain in India. As fellow Indians, we embrace and accept them as an integral part of our society. Although conflicts and riots between Hindus and Muslims have occurred, it is important to note that Indian Muslims possess the courage and determination to fight back and make their presence felt. Despite the ongoing conflicts, Hindus and Muslims have coexisted for centuries in India.
When engaging in discussions with leftists, both within India and abroad, it is crucial to listen to their perspectives. However, it is equally important to consider multiple viewpoints and gather a comprehensive understanding of the situation.

The reason Modi is popular in India despite his "perceived" communal approach to politics, is because under his leadership India has made astonishing and undeniable progress. I don't think any Muslim from modern day India will even entertain the thought of migrating to Pakistan despite the "so-called religious persecution" being meted out to them by the right wing BJP, because the Indian Muslims know that they will be worse off if they migrate to Pakistan.

Pakistanis seem to have an unhealthy obsession with Politics. Even a physicist can do a 2 hour podcast on politics is amazing! I think it would serve their country better if everyone just stuck to their areas of expertise and did something meaningful. You would not be able to get a physicist in India to speak so extensively on global politics. They just do what they know best. I think there is no better patriotism than for someone to do their job well and be productive for their country.

Can some one give data and references . How many temples were destroyed by Muslims kings vs Hindu kings. 1 or 2 Hindu kings destroyed temples vs thousands of temples destroyed by invading Muslims. I am atheist from India. I criticise hinduism a lot on social media. Personally I am bit socialist and pro dalits.
But Hindutva itself is reaction to islam. Just like far right in west is now reaction to islam.
Islam is root cause which gives rise to hindutva and far right.
If hinditva and far right were really agressors. Hindus would be killing europeans for eating beef and europeans would be asking indians to leave.
Problem of Hinduism is caste system. Problem of islam is Violence. Problem of Jainism is self control.

I respect your opinion, but I have to disagree with the "hindu extremist would be casteist" idea. While a traditional Hindu (really a traditional Indian regardless of religion - caste exists in all of India's religious communities) might be casteist, Hindutva proponents have pretty much uniformly been in favour of caste annihilation. Read about Savarkar's opinions on caste for example - the Seven Shackles of Hindu Society.
Hindutva advocates have understood for over a century now that caste only serves to divide Hindus and undermine a common Hindu identity. Abolishing caste and viewing all Hindus as a single community is really key to Hindutva. I mean look at the BJP leadership - are they all upper caste? Haven't they nominated an adivasi president? Didn't they receive very high tribal support during the recent Chhattisgarh election?
The BJP and RSS from the beginning was anti-caste, and still is (I'm not part of either, but have looked into their ideology) . Can't stand so called secular Hindus that don't have the guts to critique Islam and how horrible it has been for the entire world, including India.
