I coached youth football for 26 years near Oakland, California (after playing for 3, and it changed my life). Countless players went on to play in college and 4 to the NFL. Three now with Super Bowl rings. What a joy to turn the TV on Saturdays and Sundays to watch your boys play. Proud Papa indeed!

That's amazing! Hats off to every youth coach no matter the sport for taking the time to develop these kids to become athletes! I was fortunate to play multiple sports in my early youth with some great coaches, but unfortunately when I hit my late teenage years and had the talent to try and reach for the path of being a (semi-)pro, my coach from both of my main sports had to quit due personal reasons and eventually I lost interest to both off the sports. Can't lie, it still keeps me up some nights to think what I could have been, if the coach changes hadn't happened. And no, i'm not talking about making millions or even being a full time pro athlete to a guarantee, because it's Finland and both sports were somewhat marginal, but I know I had the talent to even compete for a spot of being a semi-pro. Still it bugs me.

Stroud is very impressive, on the field and he seems to be just as impressive as a man.
There are two sides to every family; on the one side, America already had the great Uncle Sam and now, after years of putting in the work and writing new chapters in his life, Snoop is the uncle on the other side. Amazing to see this.

CJ isn’t the only one snoop has had some amazing talent come thru his league. And he’s been doing it for 18 years now. That matters alot kids in those little leagues matters
Stroud was statistically the best deep ball thrower in the league this year and it wasn't even remotely close.
I may be ahead of the game here but I am daring to say he throws the best ball in the NFL now that ol dog Rodgers is on his way out. The stats certainly prove my point, he passes the eye test with flying colors.
Also helps that Demeco is a real deal coach. Praying my Raiders figure this out in the next 3 decades.
The crazy part about it is he's pretty athletic and can scramble pretty well out of the pocket. 3 rushing TDs this season.
His nickname is Cool Breeze like Keanu Reeves lol. That kid is built for playoffs
Also Stroud has the knack of easing your heart by his mental and physical preparation. Like Snoop says, he's so locked in!

Prettiest throw I’ve seen was the overthrow against the Browns when he missed Nico and the first play against the Colts two weeks ago
Nico slowed down when he was going by the defender. Otherwise that would have been a TD

This is an excellent example of why we should NOT define and assume who people are. Their actions will display WHO they are by the fruits of their labor and joy to make a difference.

Shout out to Rich Risen and his producers for sharing the positive change that Snoop is bringing into so many young lives now. I guarantee despite all of his sacrifice and love for young people someone's going to talk about his former life and focus on what he use to do. What Snoop is doing is what 2Pac wanted to do nationwide. He said he wanted rappers in every state to start youth leagues. And PAC said he wanted the Church Deacons involved and to bring respect back to the communities.

I knew his son play football, but I had no idea he has a nearly 20 year old Jr league and coached CJ when he was a shorty as well as some other College/NFL players. You can hear the pride in voice, see it on is face. What a story.

Yeah the California Youth Football Act did a bunch of common sense stuff like enforcing better equipment and limiting full contact practice, which most teams were doing anyways. @@TheChickenMan9393
Cali is going down and under RIP back in the day was a great state now it's dying. With the way people vote it just get's worst.
The state will probably create a new department for youth football safety, and add a $100 to the registration fee for every kid that wants to play to cover the cost of the new department. Then Newsome can say that he created more jobs.

CJ Stroud is a great Christian young man. The press hates it and even edited the comments Stroud made after the win over the Browns. Stroud and Purdy are leading a change in this country.
I'm not religious myself, but I love seeing young men like CJ share their faith. Speaks to their character to me. And for the media to try to take that away tells you everything you need to know about them and direction they are trying to steer the country.
Leading what change? Honestly.
Would you think Stroud is a great young man even if he wasn't a Christian or you didn't know if he was or wasn't? Would you describe the player for the 49ers who's Muslim as a great Muslim young man? Also, Stroud and Purdy aren't the first or only NFL players who are Christian and have shared their faith; but you should also consider and acknowledge how much easier it is in this country for a Christians to openly share their faith.

i think this is a great thing for celebrities like Snoop to be creating a platform to help a lot of athletes progress to the next level in sports, either in college or pros. But i wish more celebrities like Snoop would also be more active in promoting young boys/girls into academic careers. Lebron is the only one that comes to mind that's attempted to to this. Even if some already do, i think they should be more visible in promoting academics, so that other young boys/girls across the country can be able to see other pathways to success.
