Wise man on the mountain - Nimblewill Nomad - From the Mind Body Soul Project

Nimblewill Nomad has probably hiked over 50,000 miles in his life but for him the numbers don't matter and he hasn't kept track. He has completed all 11 of the National Scenic Trails, many National Historic Trails, and many long road walks of his own creation. Nimblewill is a deeply spiritual person and he has found a profound connection to God and his own spiritual life in nature. He is currently hiking the Appalachian Trail again in an attempt to break Dale "Greybeard" Sanders' record of oldest person to hike the AT.
Mind, Body, Soul: the Nature of Well-Being will be based on our thru-hike of the Continental Divide Trail in 2021. We'll be exploring how nature affects our well-being in addition to the input provided by many other highly experienced adventurers.

As Sunny is a personal friend of mine the past few years, I LOVE this interview. He is more candid with you than most. Well done. such a beautiful person and pure positive of the transformation of nature on the present human condition
i'm hiking in a remote part of scotland and camping above a loch i watched people hit the 'beach' (even at 2000ft the lakes have beaches) and instinctively walk to the end.. fuss a bit.. maybe go further.. then return.
to me it seems it's human nature to explore move forward.. & invent to make that possible if necessary but ultimately keep moving
it's innate.
anyway glad you got the package.. hope my video is half as good as yours but reallyReally enjoy your time
