Cool video. I would recommend looking into the safety risks of rinsing raw chicken. It's highly suggested that you don't rinse chicken as micro droplets splatter everywhere risking covering your kitchen in salmonella.
No it actually stayed decently moist. What Ive recently bought is a nice digital thermometer and so as soon as all the breasts hit 165 degrees I stop cooking. Because if u let the temp go over to much than it will definitely dry it out. And about sauces I do. When Im allowed condiments by my coach I usually i like to use something simple like no sugar added ketchup and mustard mixed. Or Franks Red hot sauce.
I love plain and simple! Thanks for sharing!

Why would you put the chicken back in the same pack after washing it..
From what I've researched and read ,📖 it's not advisable to rinse chicken when you prepare for cooking !😮
Awesome videos, brotha!

💪🏽🥇 Always awesome videos! I prep mine the same 🍗
You “washed it” then put it back in the same place
Does the chicken dry out from being in the container? Do you put any kind of sauce on it to moisture it before you eat it?
