  • This is a special video featuring a fantastic fire department located approximately thirty miles north of Houston, Texas, The Woodlands Fire Department. Serving The Woodlands, Texas community and surrounding through mutual aid contracts. This video is part 1 of future compilations of The Woodlands Fire Department, showcasing most of the frontline apparatus running calls or returning from calls, and typically featuring good siren and horn usage. Thanks to the wonderful men and women who make this department so great and for the quality experiences I have here filming.
    Thanks For Watching!

    So there was a house in my neighborhood that burned down from a lightning strike and I saw all of those vehicles except for engine 101 which was crazy

      I photographed a fire at Golden Sunset Circle near Eden Elm Circle in early summer at 1am from a lightning strike. Fire was through the roof

    Hey, do you know all the Chief units? Like an example Battalion 101, 102, and so on.

    How many calls do they get per day

    • @ThatC10Guy
      @ThatC10Guy 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly they’re not busy often possibly 1-2 on the higher end because the woodlands is moderately sized and it’s a township

      The Woodlands is decently busy. With a population just shy of 120,000 residents. Station 6 runs about 3-5 calls a day average and station 1 the engine about 4-6 a day and Truck 1-2 a day

      We staff 9 companies and will run about 13,000 calls this year. If you average that it’s 4 calls a day per company, but in reality we have very busy companies, and some slower companies.
