    Let me shed some light on this problem. The traditional owners keep telling us that they were invaded. So according to International Law they (the invaded) have no say in anything, we the conquerers are the Legal Owners now.

    Well they have a point. The Victorian Government appointed an interstate group of people from Tasmania and Western Australia as the "traditional owners" of most of the Melbourne area. These people do not live in Victoria and by their own admission their families have not lived in Victoria since the 1820's. This decision was made by an Orwellian Council headed up by Mathew Storey and Rodney Carter. I no it sounds absurd - but it is!

    Would somebody please reveal how much money these people are paid for performing these made-up 'ceremonies'. An event at New Farm I attended one year the woman doing the ceremony even told us that she was not from there but was doing it anyway. (for the money I suppose).

    Many on this council are there for the wrong reasons . They do not have the interest of the majority of ratepayers at heart.
    It’s only Alex and Marcia that have any kind of logic about them. To be on council you must have actually worked , earned a pay cheque so you know and understand what it means to earn your own finances.
    Many on this council have never worked a day in their life’s .. let’s hope at the next election the people realise their mistakes and vote for representatives who actually focus wholeheartedly on the community and its ratepayer.

    To be honest most aboriginals don't care that much. At my old workplace they were honouring during the start of a meeting. One of the staff was aboriginal (her ancestors country) said " yeah thanks just hurry up". Some laughed. They still did it.
    At the end she said if they did it again she'd go walk about mid shift.
    Another didn't care either way. I'm sure some do.
