Poppy Playtime is an episodic horror video game developed and published by American indie developer Mob Entertainment. The player takes the role of a former employee of toy-making company Playtime Co., who revisits its abandoned toy factory 10 years after its staff's disappearance. imagine you beat the final boss, experiment 1006 but then you find out boogie bot is bigger and is actually the final boss. the 1 underrated forgotten by many toy strikes back as the final enemy of the game.

OK I was not expecting boogie bot to be virtually quadruple the size of his toy version
My theory is that the "prototype" its just named after a prototype of a nameless toy. I believe he was a genius Engineer turned in a living toy and forced to work for the Playtime CO in the innovation laboratory. I'm pretty sure that the "arm" we saw its not part of his body but its actually part of a very advanced Grabpack that he used also to reach Bunzo's corpse when it was hanging from the Gamestation ceiling while we were busy playing "Whack a Whuggy". I believe its original appearance was that of regular harmless toy, probably Sir Poopsalot. Its current appearance its of a gravely damaged toy repaired with Bunzo, Mommy and Huggy body parts and equipped with a scary looking grabpack made from mechanic parts and human remains. I also believe that he is the true genius behind the grabpack and that he was freed alongside other experiments by Poppy to put a stop to the evil toy company and was badly wounded in the following battled and forced to hide in the Gamestation.

we now know that in the second trailer we see prototype's FULL body and as we can tell he used toy parts to make a body witch means that prototype was never finshed

In fact mommy would be smaller than huggy (In its normal form, without being stretched) Because in the game folder you can find the character models and putting mommy side by side and just a few centimeters smaller than huggy

I know there’s a secret character taller than everybody else and that’s the amount of problems that have happened to all the other characters except Poppy and Kissy missy

Poppy Playtime is a survival horror video game when on the game in universe company Playtime Co. after the staffs disappeared.
Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze
A employee returns at Playtime Corperation and on that, he needs a GrabPack to open.
You found Huggy Wuggy, he wasn't moved when you grabs a key. On that, Huggy disappeared in here.
There's Huggy's hand when he slithers through the door, On that, there's Huggy at the 2nd vent.
He goes in the vent and going to the Make a Friend machine, on that, Huggy Wuggy wants to kill you.
You go in the vent and there's Huggy Wuggy in the ventilation chase.
About that, Huggy was died + You found Poppy Playtime and he knocked out.
Chapter 2: Fly in a Web
Poppy was left but kicked out the closet in Chapter 2.
He goes to the right door but found a key. You opened a door with a key and go to the vent.
Poppy scared you but didn't mean it. Poppy thanks you for opening the case. You go to the left gate with a door and a hole.
Poppy Playtime was kidnapped by Mommy Long Legs and followed her. You meet Mommy Long Legs playing at the Game Station.
The 1st game called Musical Memory.
The 2nd game called Whack a Wuggy.
The 3rd game called Statues.
You cheated in Statues and Mommy plays the last game called Hide and Seek.
Mommy Long Legs is now chasing you in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd chase.
You defeated Mommy Long Legs in the Grinder room.
The Prototype grabs a part of Mommy Long Legs and Poppy Playtime betrayed you.
A sign called Playcare.

I would think 1006 is quite large given the size of his arms I think his roughly the size of mommy or daddy but his info on villain fandom states he’s stealthy so probably the same size of mommy or daddy
I think the prototype is actually huggy wuggy after you push him down the bridge in chapter one. Because at the end of chapter two, when the prototype hand grabs mommy long legs, I think the prototype/huggy wuggy is trying to merge his body with mommy long legs’ to be stronger to get revenge.

When you use an respawn bug, you can see that mommy's model (in her first encounter) updated to an model with prototype arms and robotic legs. What if this is what it would look like in-game? Some think the prototype itself would be just a hand, but I think he already had a full body and some material to cover his robotic head, torso and limbs. If this is true, the prototype's actual heigh isn't confirmed, but it would probably measure a little bigger than mommy using her torso.

A lot of these heights aren’t exact, I disagree with most of the heights, because Mommy can change her height to technically any height she wants. So a lot of these heights are nonexistent. And we’re not even sure about daddy, the prototype, and I don’t think I’ve ever heard about “Boogie Bot (Monster).” So I disagree.
Also, the heights could possibly be right, but that’s just a theory, A GAME THEORY-
