I'm sure the guy was very happy to unload it on you. Lol. You should've paid $500. You way overpaid. I see stuff like that at the Flea, at $5-$10 a box.
Thats what alienates me when dipping into sports cards: its not like pokemon or lego' relativity of resell value, especially when when it comes to sealed products
Might as well keep one of each sealed and break the rest hoping for an auto card or rare inserts. Upper deck autos were rare as hell back then but good luck with what you have
@@skeezix8156 I personally always wanted to pull one of those rare autographs out of upper deck but never did I could only dream about it. Very rare but that’s a memory you’ll always have.
@@cardboardcommissionGotta give yourself some room to negotiate. Start off with $5 a pack, then settle for $3, or you can bundle some packs. People love buying bundles. Lol
My suggestion is to put them all up on Facebook marketplace, no fees such as eBay tax or shipping. Have the buyers come to you. Like you said, just gotta find the right buyer.
There’s plenty of hall of fame rookie cards. And if the card is gem mint could go for high money graded a 10 but it’s very risky. You are looking for griffey rc’s , Emmitt smith rc , Frank Thomas etc
All you uneducated haters....I sell the crap-out of 80's wax!!! Sealed Wax Pack Boxes of Football, early 80's Baseball...can't sell it fast enough!! Tons of guys in their 40's and 50's wanting to re-live their childhood!
@@b-man1232 man I think I still got brand boxes of packs not open at my parents house I couldn't sell know the hockey and basketball ones I could sell and even a lot of football but I got stuck with tons of baseball

True there are a few sets like the 89 upper deck which helps but agreed I should have paid way less.

Literal trash. These are the lowest of low tier sets of the time. How can people not see the tops signals everywhere on this garbage?
