Islamic banks buy your property from you and give you loan. And then they will sell back to you on installment but more expensive than the price they bought in. That's the Halal way and it is used instead of Markup, which is totally Haraam
The third condition appears to be close to a mortgage. Where the bank buys you house and has title to it and sells it back to you on monthly installments.
In a mortgage, the bank doesn't buy the house, you buy the house with a loan from the bank, secured on the property, and you pay off the loan with interest based installments.
