We are truly so grateful to have had this amazing birth experience and seeing Darwin's little face as I brought him up on to me during his first minutes Earth side.. wow what a privilege it is to be a mother! aww thanks Kirst.. it was such a special video to make and I am honestly so proud to share it.. not too many people seem to know about the maternal assisted c-section as an option so I am super happy to share that side of our positive experience too because it really made this whole journey so complete for me. I was so terrified for you in the beginning and when they dropped the drape it was like magic! These things are always scary for me.
I was pretty scared too but the moment the drape came down it was like my duty to pull him out haha and it felt amazing to hear him cry right away and then have those very first minutes of his life with him right by my heart. So special :)
