    I really like the James Clear/Atomic Habits approach. It’s helped me become someone who exercises every day, become a tea drinker (no more coffee), and cut out alcohol.
    Consistency over intensity is a key point you touched on that is the most important part.
    For anyone reading, the podcast by Brené Brown on Spotify, featuring James Clear is a good high level over the book!
