In this video I have explained about all ranks of deck side in merchant Navy from Deck Cadet to Captain along with the procedures for getting all certificates including CDC, basic STCW, 2nd Mate Functions, STCW Advanced, COC - 2nd Mate, Phase I, Phase II, Medicare, Ransco, ASM etc.
I missed to inform about ROC ARPA course which we have to do for 2nd mate exams.
Also I have explained the procedure to join Offshore DP vessel & to become DPO (Dynamic Positioning Officer) including the DP courses & sea time required for it.

Hello sir if we sign off from the ship... Then if we stay at our home... For 2 to 4 month... That 4 month... we will be paid by company ... Or... No
Usually we don't get salary when at home unless we sign a bond to work regularly with that company for long term

Bro dns ke course ke baad first or second sililng ke liye paise bharne padte hai kya
agar already sponsered ho to nhi ........ but agar sponsorship nhi h & try krne pr bhi kisi company me selection nhi ho rha then yes .........
But you have to be very careful while dealing with agents !

Sir i want to know that when a officer or any member of ship goes home and he had a flight to come home may be he need to stay in hotel for some time so who pay for this expenses like your air ticket your cab, hotel ,etc is this payed by the shipping company or you have to pay this by your own ?
