Lovely voice for certain. Can't wait to hear more from him. But I almost had as much fun watching the conductor, Lanfranco Marcelletti. His enthusiasm is contagious. Great to see someone who loves his work so much.

This Tenor sounds amazing! I love the brightness in his voice, very sunny and fairly loud. Great French also, EXCELLENT, I will be watching this guy! Those top c's were brilliant and they looked effortless! Amazing!

He does seem nice and supportive. Note how the conductor was even opening his mouth wide and willing Mr. Camerena to breathe and open the throat to let the sound blast forth!
Just experienced him live in the MET 2 months ago: it was OVERWHELMING, INCREDIBLE! I am a regular opera goer, but have never experiended something like that. The audience went completely wild! It was so amazing and i will never forget this evening.

Marcelletti es uno de los mejores directores que he tenido el placer de conocer, y si, es increíble haciendo ópera, en mi canal están algunos videos de nuestro último concierto precisamente con Marcelletti y Camarena en Zacatecas con la Filarmónica de acá, donde yo trabajo.
Qué maravilla. Y qué voz tan diáfana, clara y cristalina. El acompañamiento del Coro y la orquesta, espectaculares también ❤️🙏🙏
Extraordinario y sublime. Un maestro, producto de una pasión y una dedicación sin límites a su arte y a su trabajo. Una muestra del hacer las cosas bien porque si no no vale la pena hacerlo y de poner amor y mente al trabajo.
Qué ejemplo de hombre, trabajador y humilde en sus gestos. Javier canta porque lo ama y porque lo ama lo hace tan bien.

This is the baptism of fire for tenors, no? Finally a tenor to inherit the mantle of Jussi Björling....with terrific stage presence, even in concert mode. Not a comparison, still 2 different voices, as should be but, like Björling, doing everything right over the entire tenor range, with great vocal beauty, emotional interpretation, dynamic respect of the music.
