I love the minimalist yet modern flair of the whole place. I'm one of those who think that wooden floors are always a good 'canvas' to create very valuable and appealing interior decor projects. The living room area looks very comfortable. I think I'll look for a similar rug for my Ducaroy sofa from Manhattan Home Design that I ordered this week and I have no idea how to make it look better because I'm really bad at choosing rugs n_ñ. But I think one similar to that would work. Thanks for the tour!

See, I have a thing about having my bed too accessible to guests and I liked being able to close it off so folks wouldn’t sit on it with their outside clothes! Otherwise, that would be an interesting idea💡Thanks for watching!

Hey I’m glad the video did what needed to be done 🤗 I had the same problem when I was apartment shopping and swore up & down that I needed 800 sq. ft. at minimum. Turns out 600 does the job

Oh that’s a great location, congrats on your move! I’m not too far from Lake Merritt either, but I think prices are going up everywhere around here unfortunately 😭 luckily, I was able to still get one of the covid concessions when I first moved in
Yes, it is very expensive but I knew I didn’t want a roommate again when moving back to the Bay so I negotiated a salary that would allow me to do that. Hope that answers your question!
