  • You knew it was coming: Host Randy Pettitt coaxes rivals Burt Myers and Tim Brown to discuss their 2014 "Meltdown at the Madhouse" -- a Saturday night in which the two NASCAR stars turned their open-wheel Modified cars into demolition derby weapons of frustration.
Rattling The Rollcage host Randy Pettitt is a veteran announcer known for his flashy suits and colorful style calling the action at hundreds of venues around the country, including the famed quarter-mile of Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC and his Friday night track, Ace Speedway near Burlington.
In Part Two of an interview between a pair of 10-time Madhouse Modified champions, Tim Brown and Burt Myers discuss everything from their families' legacy at Bowman Gray to their internationally famous 2014 Meltdown.
What was the aftermath of the Meltdown and how did they finally put it behind them?

Thanks for finding our channel way up there! Been to NH Speedway once, a lot of great stock car racing fans up there. I do not know of any plans for another Madhouse-style show, but you never know. Hope you can make it down to NC to check out the famous quarter-mile as we get racing again.

That's a really, really good one! The Ferrum Flash was fifth on my list. He probably would have had MORE championships at the Madhouse, but he chose to pursue other types of racing a little closer to home. Certainly one of the greatest wheelmen in the South ever! Thanks for watching and subscribing!

If you’re gonna do an interview… let the guests talk and quit interrupting.
