I got the golds removed for the new perms and Brownstone worked on my mouth for days trying to get it right. They said they couldn't shave down more because 2 much sensitivity. So I could've removed the new perms right then or keep em. I just spent thousands of dollars so i gave up and said fk it.
I would have just kept them removable, that way when I want to rock my veneers I can, and when I wanna shine I'd just pop the grill in, have several options that way too just wear the k9's etc.
