instead of using the separator to work on the wax, i use it raw on the plaster, then after i finish the waxing and carvings i leave it for about 10 minutes in cold water and it comes out perfectly and gets crazy good retention. Great Video !!!!! keep it up
i wanted to ask, whats a substitute for the seperator part on the stone? i dont know what to get, i saw someone use baby oil but i think that isnt the best- seems good for temporary work but i wanna invest in something good and reliable.
@@deebskhan theres a thing called picosep from a brand named renfert, its really good, otherwise you can try nail varnish mixed with some diluent (small portion) to make it thinner.
Awesome work!! What tool did you use for melting/ sculpting the wax and why Use two different kinds of wax. also would the casting still work without the relief you put in between the wax and mold
I’ve been taking tips from your videos and cant figure out how to make sure my grills weren’t too tight or too big but I still haven’t figured it out. How do you make sure the grills fit perfect every time?
Sometimes wax shrinks during the casting process. Check when buying your wax how much it shrinks by. After casting if the grillz are too big you can make them smaller with pliers
So you have made real Gold out of that white powder? From that green packet them into a liquid Can you please explain what is it and how So fascinating and your very skillful and attention to detail..great works bro Thanks
the white powder is just to make a mold, its called investment casting or lost wax casting, he uses the blow torch to heat solid gold and then the blue machine spins the gold down to the bottom of the mold filling it so there are no bubbles, for more info watch videos on lost wax casting!
I like his style i just wish i knew the rest of the tools names he uses. The links dont show those items like tht pen thing and a few others ive seen on this channel. Just small things like dremel bits and the like some of the things in the description are no longer available
Do you do any in person training? I’ve been wanting to learn for the longest and even offered to the lady who made mine to train me because I’d love to get into making grillz
depends, you can easily start with only an investment of 1000 dollars. On the other hand, it takes a lot of time and patience to learn making grillz the right way...

If the grillz are made to fit perfectly, they hold by a clamping effect✌🏻
