He still won't be eligible for parole consideration for 20 years from now. considerations have to go back to the court and a lot of the time they're overturned and the person sent back to prison. Philip was almost 70 when he was sentenced to his 431 years in 2010 so the likelihood of them even living to see his possible parole date is very slim...... He won't be eligible for parole until late 2035..... That means that he would be in his mid-late nineties before he's even considered for parole. Given his decades and decades history of hard drug usage I don't see him living very long

Ryan H. Lesley Wilson Yeah, but it makes me pissed that he was already in jail for child molesting and they let him out after 11 years when he was sentenced for 50 years. So if they would have never let him out Jaycee would have got to live her child hood and none of this would of happened. It’s sickening. Which is why I’m so tired of them letting child molesters out or even considering them for parole when they obviously won’t change.

In 1991, I was just a baby so I wouldn’t remember the case when it occurred. But I’m sure my parents did. I also bought her book when it was released called, “A Stolen Life” which was really good and sad at the same time.
I can’t imagine being 11-years-old and having my innocence and childhood stripped away. When I was 11, my only worries were adapting to starting and being in middle school and getting good grades in school.

FreedomForce100 Exactly. Plus they even went in there house while she was there and searched it for drugs but somehow they didn’t find her in the room. (I don’t know if anyone knows this who hasn’t read the book, that’s what I’m reading in her book right now though) it’s sad. They should of tried way harder and the neighbors should have seen something. And Phillips wife was left alone with Jaycee sooo many times and had so many chances to let her go when Phillip was gone, because Nancy admitted she didn’t want to kidnap her but why didn’t she set her free when she had the chance then. This whole story is messed up.😔

@@notsureiL The police should be notified right away when the call came in that the address has a sex offender. The incident would have been reported to his parole officer. Parole officers didn't do a search of the entire property they just look in a few bedrooms and leave. It's easy to just blame parole officers, and police but it was a system setup to fail. Nancy video recorded girls she was looking for another one for him. She was far from innocent in this. Too bad Jacee didn't bash Nancy's head in when she left with her. I would have killed her with a knife, but I think Jaycee was so traumatized she was broken like a horse is broken. When the parole officer learned they had kids there he demanded Phillip produced the parents when he couldn't do that he was caught. The parole officer locked Phillip in a room took the kids aside and figured all out in minutes.

Jaycee, you have to be one of the most incredible ladies I have ever come across. Your triumph over the past is phenomenal and needs to be celebrated. You are a strong and beautiful tribute to strength and determination to never allow your experiences shape your future, nor that of your two girls. I pray that you go from strength to strength as a family, free of remorse and regret. God bless you and I am so happy for all three of you and your lives ahead.

Anyone that commits a crime against a child should never be free after the first time. The justice system sucks when it comes to child molesters they ALWAYS get out and do the same disgusting thing over and over. They destroy a innocent child forever and most prsions segregate them so they don't get fucked up anymore. Feed them to the lions that's the least they deserve

But here Jacey Dugard speak about how a stun gun was used to incapacitate her during her abduction. Thank God Jacey was able to survive what she went through. And I pray that one day there will be justice for jonbenet.
