I really like the way that rucksack has compartments that have netting and strapping inside so everything can be held down not like in other bags where it's just an compartment that you throw everything in and it all gets mixed together, so I'm getting one for me self and one for yer mum😉🙏🏻

Watching your channel has made me get into fishing a lot more and it is a great stress reliever and it has relaxed me into a different sort of habit. I have a very addictive personality but you guys have helped me focus on a different subject so thank you very much. I’m also teaching my son how to fish with the little knowledge that I have and he loves it he has caught a baby pike and a perch and he is 6. We are from Rugby so not too far from you guys. That’s a weird assumption of a cold blooded predatory dinosaur. I think a more logical reason, as we know pike fatten up during colder weather, would be they are just not as hungry, as they are feeding on the fish that actually do go ‘lefargic’.

Tough fishing in England. I have lived in Milton Keynes and fished all around midlands, north and east side, cathing a fish is like a reward. Went fishing yesterday all day in Lower Lough Erne in Fermanagh, caught over 20 pike, and my buddy same numbers too, biggest one around 12 pound, few brown trout as well. Biggest one I landed was 22 pound, bit have seen a 40 pounder caught in my home town. Cracking place to live in.

Hi dude. Some stretches are free, some a run by clubs. Best to check online before you go (signs should be up on the stretch etc). The wanderers permit can be good to get also.... Hope this helps

But deadbait does take skill to its not as simple as putting a dead fish on a line u need to know how to fish in weed conditions, how to present ur bait on a pop up and how to fish a weed rig. Also how to keep deadbait on at long distance also on deadbait there alot more equipment like alarms, bobbins, bait, setting up ur bait runners so there no resistance but also so u detect drop backs and. I do both Lure and deadbait for over 26 years and I can honestly say deadbaiting isn't easy atall if ur just chucking in a float with a sprat on that's not always gonna get u best baits in some conditions there alot more to it to be successful. Hence why I've had multiple doubles and not blank in awhile

Have you fished the canal at Kidderminster, I used to fish in it when I was 14 over fifty years ago, I never tried it with lures but judging by your results from other canals it could be good for pike there?
When i used to fish leeds and liverpool canal id do a lot of pole fishing and wed also fish live and dead bait for pike ive had pike attack my keep net scary stuff Ive seen pike take duck that is strange and scary to watch The pike do a job they take a lot of the slower fish I question how long have you two known each other as you work well together

Its mad hard to catch in winter on lures, had maybe one pike in last 5 sessions on Westin shad teez. Tried everything from jig flies to Svartzonker. I noticed a good time for a session is when the temp suddenly goes up .
