If Hosur airport comes, more international companies will start using Hosur as this is nearer to their IT hub in Whitefield area and with less traffic. Bangalore airport is far away from city and from city to navigate to IT hub is big challenge in itself due to notoriously chaotic traffic in city. That said, Hosur airport will serve more to bangalore and nearby areas like vellore Krishna Giri. It will not serve Chennai. Chennai requires an big international airport. The existing airport itself Can be expanded easily but if AAI handles it, they'll again do a Himalayan bungling. We require a larger runway and another one than present. There is lot of space available. Porur side is taken by some communication towers etc, which can be relocated as it Central Govt own land. The St Thomas mount side is occupied by military and AAI staff quarters AAI quarters can be relocated and military cantonment should be talked to cede the land. Defence ministry is Central govt. Can't Raksha Manthri intervene. The cantonment board has lot of vested interest and so is AAI. DMK should intervene and tackle these vested interests rather than dreaming about parandur and hosur. This is a quick fix solution. They can bring green field airport in SriPerumbathur rather than paramdur which is far away.

Developing 2 Greenfield airports in Chennai & Coimbatore would be ideal & practical too (in terms of airlines presence & traffic). Other smaller airports like Trichy, Madurai & Salem should be upgraded to next level. Thoothukudi port shoukd be developed and its airport should made a full fledged cargo terminal.

But weren't allowed and has to go from pillar to post. This is not right. Full Democracy can be achieved only if persons are allowed to vote anywhere. This stance that your name should be in voter list is making elections a mockery. People can change houses within same locality/area or shit to different cities for work. If they are denied on the basis of not being in voter lists or booth slips is unfair electoral process. I think this applies to whole of India.

In recent times, the temples renovated by endowment board are replacement of floor with granite slabs. I suspect some scam in this. In one of the temple, I met the supervisor who removed a thatched roof with a new one in one of such temples. I asked him why not you go for permanent structure or atleast Steel structure with pre fabricated sheets. He said though donors are there board is not approving stating old traditional appearance to be maintained. That's the reason for my suspicion.
