I’m usually more familiar with the Wacky & Packy and Fraidy Cat series Filmation made, but this Mash knock off is right up there with my disappointed face when I was watching them as a kid. What a weird era of cartoons they made that didn’t really get much anywhere, hence ‘quality’ jokes
I actually think it's really neat finally seeing this show be uploaded in full onto TH-cam. The other rips of the episodes had Finnish subtitles, and the video cut halfway through.
This isn't the complete series. Just nine episodes of an old vhs release. Supposedly, 23 episodes were produced altogether, but; the other 14 episodes are considered lost media at this point in time.
@@geoffreyfranklin5890Oh wait, really? Dang. To be fair, I shouldn’t be surprised since Wacky and Packy and Fraidy Cat had shorter runs. Somehow Fraidy had the longest continued existence with his last official release being the Frightfully Funny Volume 2 release.
Unless somehow Filmation had advanced knowledge of the change in MASH's casting (Mike Farrell as BJ Honeycutt replacing Wayne Rogers as Trapper John, and Henry Morgan as Colonel Sherman Potter replacing McLean Stevenson as LTC Henry Blake (his department was known)), the design of the CO was remarkable foreshadowing, as, although he's as clueless as Blake was in the live TV series, he bears a resemblance to Harry Morgan, along with wearing the utility cover.

To quote Charlie from Smiling Friends:
This is the most obnoxious thing Ive ever experienced in my life.

Lou Scheimer. That's who thought it was a good idea.
"Who thought that this was a good idea?" Well, obviously, someone did, since the dang thing was made in the first place...! d;o)
Filmation approached the producers of M*A*S*H about an animated version of the series and were denied.
I dunno, I loved this show as a kid....and I also loved MASH
So Mush was part of Uncle Crocks Block. The show was a parody of a kiddy show.
I remember watching this cartoon when I was 10. It was horrible then. Same as it ever was.
I would watch this and eat Lucky charms😊
I don’t know why but this old cartoon kind of reminds me of the Police Academy movies
Yeah, judging by Major Sideburns and Coldlips are comparing to Captain Harris and Proctor
I love its little corny
Request: Could you upload the 15 minutes of the 1977 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade you were talking about?
Sorry, that's a bit of a tall order right now.
Alr.
Any updates?
Outta all the things Ive seen from Filmation, this one might me their most obnoxious project by far!
Im sticking to Groovie Ghoulies!😂

Filmation probably.
I dont remember this cartoon
This is legitimately hard to watch. It deserved to be canceled, and Filmation deserved to be sacked for their efforts.
I hate Filmation’s use of the flute.
So much shaking, is ruining it for me.
It's cell animation. It's supposed to be a little jumpy.
