Holden/HSV done pretty much a final tribute car before they closed down here called the HSV GTS R W1 and is around 650- 700hp from factory in a family sedan to go get shopping, crazy price tho people want about $200k for them. 🤦♂️😅👍

Altimgamr is a bitch sounds like you can’t get one 😂 I like both, but if you put both on a track the c7 will take the win, it isn’t designed for straight line, it has more drag than the c6, also not to mention the c6’s have been around for a decade, so there’s more in the aftermarket for those generations and motors than the current one

I like the GS and all but I don't understand starting with that for such a big build. A well optioned GS is Z06 territory and that is a better platform to start with if you are going for a big build.
Used prices may be a determining factor though I suppose.
Well alot of people do it bc ls7’s wont hold up as much boost as a ls3
LS7's 427 CI displacement IS bad ass. But, the LS7's in the Z06 have weak cylinder liners for boost and weak valve guides in the head. Typically gotta pull the block and sleeve the LS7 blocks. Once they're sleeved and have the heads fixed, they LOVE boost. The LS3 has a very similar block casting, just slightly smaller bores with thicker liners. Whats nice about the LS3 is that the block can be sleeved to 427 ci and be capable of like 1600hp or more.
Guess the GMs didn't want to get beat that night as NO Coyotes were invited!!

For some of us who dont race can you list some of the tuners and/or part names. I have no idea what H/C is.
H/C/I= car has ported or upgraded cylinder heads, a larger cam and a higher flowing or ported intake manifold. An h/C car just has Heads and cam upgrades, stock intake. Procharger or Vortech are brands of centrifugal superchargers. Spray= Nitrous Oxide. E85= Ethanol fuel.
