- Hello TH-cam fam! We're back with a brand new video. How many of you have been to a wellness retreat or go on a wellness getaway? This is definitely our FIRST and we are glad that we could record our stay & experiences for you.
We took a 3D2N stay at Beacon Resort - located in Kalumpang, Hulu Selangor. It is only an hour ++ drive from KL. What impressed us most was the design of their villas and resort which made you feel like you're somewhere on the Greek Islands......(dreamy.....) While there, you will disconnect from the everyday life of devices (trust me on this!) ..... spend lots of time dwelling in nature and just being present..... and treating your body right with healthy, organic food and relaxing treatments (optional).
Honestly? If you get the chance, I highly recommend trying a wellness vacation. In this crazy world we now live in, slowing down and 'detox-ing' from the crazy FOMO (fear-of-missing-out) lifestyle we all tend to get sucked into..... this will realign & reset you again - for the better.

The place is very big and involves a lot of walking. Is transport provided to the various spots ? Is this place suitable for senior citizens?

Yes. 💯 Suitable for senior citizens… very calm, relaxing & surrounded by nature. Don’t worry about walking too much because they have buggy services available.
@@LXChng will a 2D-1 night stay be enough to do everything in the video and for the hotpot? Is the hiking guided ?
@@CoFFee123.. For us, we stayed 3D2N and it was more relaxing & comfortable to do all the things we did in the video. But of course, you could certainly stay there for only 1 N & choose the activities tht you really enjoy doing only instead of all.
As for the hike, it is guided. But it is quite difficult if you are not physically fit. Lots of steep slopes up & down.
