    Over the years, I found that three full body workouts a week, with three sets per exercise, with heavy weights, works best for me. Best balance between working out, recovery and life.

      Hopefully you know that when Kevin Levrone stopped competing he was the winningest bodybuilder of all time.
      In the Mid 1990's Kevin would compete in 9-10 shows a year. He would win 3/4 of the shows he entered.

      Yeah when you're on a boatload of drugs, how you train becomes somewhat irrelevant.
      The sad thing is young naive kids who know nothing about steroids & training, will watch these IFBB pros and try to train like them naturally, and end up getting sub par results.

    Sort of what I thought. People criticize Branch's style. But they ignore the poundages he's throwing around. It all makes sense. But heavy and intense only works for enhanced. It's not good advice for naturals.

      Sure - You've got to find what works best for you. The best split is the one you can be consistent with, enjoy, and works for you. Branch has done 6 days a week, 4 days a week, and 5 days a week depending on what his situation has been. Hope this helps!

    Ive taken 200mg of DHEA everyday for 4 years, sometimes 400mg a day. My hair started thinning up so I stopped. I feel a little lethargic and depressed, I lost about a quarter inch in my arms...but I'm wondering, does anyone think I could have shut down my natural DHEA production? I was told this stuff is harmless and you don't have to cycle on and off, I realize I was told wrong now though. Will I recover or is my body messed up now?

    I would've loved to have been there at the seminar where the DOUCHE bag that called him out. HAHAHA. Everything is different for each individual person. The same diet wont work as well for one person as it does for the next. Branch's style of training wont work for everyone like it does for Dorian and Jonny J. Stick to what works.... and repeat!

    That's a smart bro split. If you're going to follow a bro split at least make one intelligently. Most people don't want to progress and get strong on the main compound movements (which is what you should do if you're natural) so at least follow something remotely good and not the typical chest bis on monday, back tris on tuesday, shoulders on wednesday crap...
