"Muscletouch works by telling your muscles you want them to get bigger" "They know this because you are touching them" "Muscles are easily confused" ... "Muscles are easily confused" might be my new favourite sentence
I'm glad this was archived, and not just for posterity. Nearly every segment contained some major laughs, and the sheer commitment to the bit from beginning to end was admirable. The brevity of this broadcast makes this one easy to digest and good to revisit.

This doesn't feel like it was done live, it looks like a shot and produced piece of content. Definitely the best piece of LRL content made yet even if it wasn't as funny as others. Love it.
All the while I was thinking to myself, "Damn, this introductory sketch is really long", then I realized and an even larger smile spread across my face.
Oh I know. I remember the Professor's Funhouse (been watching LRR since season 1 and have done artwork for them over the years). I'm just saying we need more of it.
Well this brought back memories of what is called "open channel" (Offener Kanal) in Germany where you could just rent airtime and a studio to do whatever you wanted.
Muscletouch seems like a low grade horror web series imo. Also, I got super weirded out that Gibb didn't have a microphone before I realized I'm an idiot.
At first I was a little off put (I didn't particularly like the first segment) but when we got to the work out ad I really started to dig it. Cool Technology was amazing and the commercial round was wonderful.
I think some of it might come from LRR usually having a wider palate of themes during LRL, as opposed to exploring a larger section of one theme as they did here
Fitspot really served it's purpose. I bet I lost plenty of excess weight from laughing my abs *pokes rhythmically* to a cramp. Great camerawork throughout the episode! I believe the audio was purposefully made to remind of 80's-90's tv quality and I found it really clever! Just made me wonder how you managed it though... Cranked the EQ so that no bass frequencies remained?
This was an experience. This 100% should not be every LRL, but I feel that only the first LRL of April wouldn't be enough. Perhaps a twice-yearly experience? This was really good. (It's also telling of what I've been watching and craving lately that I expected this to go into spook places)
So at 29:00 Beej is just dressed as Nabeshin right? My favorite episodes of LRL are the themed ones. Like, the olympics one. I really enjoyed it. Sure some of it fell flat. But thats the way it goes with improv. Some of the CAH cards were kind of clumsy, but the Ejaculating Tinsel and viagra card pull had me rolling. The entire Story Time bit was dull, partially because it was hard to hear. Maybe it would be funnier with fanfics? Something truely outrageous for Gibb to react to and get confused by. Though I am always thrilled to see Gibb. Glad to see that after you dug him out of whatever box he was lost he he's finally getting screen time again. Late Night dub Fight sequence took a minute to get good. I feel like the crazy commercials are too hard to dub to because it becomes too hard for the dubbers to react to what is going on, like the McDonald's one. especially when you have multiple dubbers. I feel like less is more in the commercial round. The vagina bones commercial was about as plain as they come and probably still the funniest. Would love to see more from CFU¨T, with maybe a bit more preparation.
Is anyone on the cast a fan of Tim and Eric Awesome Show? This came across as a less surreal, less cringy version of their stuff, with the ad-lib twist of normal LRL. I actually really liked this, and would like to see similar segments on future LRLs.
Dear god, that shirt Kathleen was wearing in the first segment is THE ugliest thing I have ever laid eyes upon, it should be burnt and the ashes scattered to the winds to protect the innocent.
The highlights will be on th-cam.com/users/loadingreadylive (we put them there every week, but in this case it felt weird to also include them on the TH-cam replay)
I suspected as much. It makes sense. I've seen the separate highlights and I really appreciate them. I think they're a really good advertisement for the Twitch channel.
I could tell you about the keys hidden inside the golden box. It's visual binary code. It would be perfect for some kind of ongoing project with #LoadingReadyRun

Also something something sex something something.

This episode is pure beauty, I love when you guys try new things even if it was only an April fools joke

I'm going to believe this is Nsburg's/Therpston County's public access channel.
That is my head canon too now. Thanks.
Does this mean Gibb lives in Nsberg?
but wouldn't that make Buck Chudley a competitor to Farmer Bumper?
@@Gcsmith12 Oh, that could be a whole THING!
@@HoshiChiri maybe Buck Chudley dug the holes in the first season? XD

Maaan, blast from the past, feels like early 2010s again!
Don't judge, am from Eastern Europe, we are just now entering late 90s. :( send $$$
OH MY GOD! the original magicland is my favorite sketch from the "era of sketches" in the days of yore. thank you for doing a continuation
"Can a man become corn?" That one killed me, and now I'm dead.
Gibb as cynical children's show puppet is amazing and we need more
It's actually an old bit they did a while back.
Oh I know. I remember the Professor's Funhouse (been watching LRR since season 1 and have done artwork for them over the years). I'm just saying we need more of it.
Well this brought back memories of what is called "open channel" (Offener Kanal) in Germany where you could just rent airtime and a studio to do whatever you wanted.
this episode is just brilliant, it should have SOOOOOOOOO many more views
I thought this was hilarious as a special edition show. Loved the improv Tech Talk, and there were some really nice prerecorded sections too.
I'm 3 minutes in and I'm losing my shit. This is some PBS level shit. You guys are punching me right in the childhood.
same.
The video has stopped long ago and I still can't stop laughing. 80s are the gift that will never stop giving. Whale dong everyone!
This was great. It felt like one long sketch of pure amazingness. Loved it.
Wow, you guys really put your hips into the swing on this one. I haven't seen a concept this high since Ian and Cam's Christmas Special.
Me personally, I was blown away by the cool technology!
I didn't get to see this live, but I can watch it now. That's cool technology.
This was the episode of LRL which made me laugh the most yet. Great work guys!
Muscletouch seems like a low grade horror web series imo.
Also, I got super weirded out that Gibb didn't have a microphone before I realized I'm an idiot.
I hate April Fools' Day, but when I realized there would be a LRL today, I knew you would come up with something brilliant and hilarious. Well done.
I watched this whole thing wondering why the bit went on for so long before finally realizing it was posted on april fools'.
wow that was amazing, I would love to see more themed LRL in the future.
3 years on and still one of my favourites!
I've been to that waterfall. It is every bit as majestic as Dave's spokesman makes it sound.
Can't wait for the new episode of Boat!
I love the CAH improv sections.
I can't believe you committed to the bit the whole way through.
I do love how high-concept this was. Plus heavy shades of Qwerpline.
At first I was a little off put (I didn't particularly like the first segment) but when we got to the work out ad I really started to dig it. Cool Technology was amazing and the commercial round was wonderful.
Man, Saturdays are the best. Southpaw Regional AND Local Mix? Sweeeet. Bring over the Ecto Cooler!
You going to the event at the KFC after the event? I hear Big Bart's gonna be there!
Best episode yet. Btw we need a "COOL TECHNOLOGY" shirt
I really enjoyed this, right up my alley :-)
This was the best one yet, fuck i loved it... laughing with tears....
Just commenting to hopefully drown out some of the negative nellies in the comments - I loved this! One of my favorite episodes of LRL ever!
I fucking love this. Good job guys.
thank you so much. this video literally hurt me due to laughter.
This was the silliest episode yet. Nice.
I loved this and was pleasantly surprised by this First of April's bounty!
this was very qwerpline and i love it
is this going to be in Loading Time?
+Imanton1 Yup!
This was great, loved it!
Don't get the thumbs down
I think some of it might come from LRR usually having a wider palate of themes during LRL, as opposed to exploring a larger section of one theme as they did here
+
They got it up fast this time. :3
Good job, crew.
by far the best one yet. (no sarcasm).
from beginning to end this was a good solid show.
This was delightful
Fitspot really served it's purpose. I bet I lost plenty of excess weight from laughing my abs *pokes rhythmically* to a cramp.
Great camerawork throughout the episode! I believe the audio was purposefully made to remind of 80's-90's tv quality and I found it really clever! Just made me wonder how you managed it though... Cranked the EQ so that no bass frequencies remained?
Please make another LRLive episode like this, atleast once every season!
Best episode yet! The recent rise in production design is really paying off.
37:16 "Do a fucking flip, who cares? eat some gum! thats the only way that you can chew away your problems"
This is truly amazing.
**claps forever**
Jared Brooks It's been six days, are you okay? Do you need refreshment? Perhaps someone to poke your muscles to encourage them to keep going?
This was an experience. This 100% should not be every LRL, but I feel that only the first LRL of April wouldn't be enough. Perhaps a twice-yearly experience?
This was really good.
(It's also telling of what I've been watching and craving lately that I expected this to go into spook places)
Hey are you guys gonna be at the toronto gp in july
The dodgy microphone helps it so much. Was that intentional?
One of your best
Ha they used that exact same video-mate clip on Graham Norton.
Also I feel like this might be the TV station of a town neighboring Nsburg.
You got the broadcast date wrong. This was on April 4th 1987.
Is this Qwerpline as a TV show?
My thoughts exactly. Possibly a QWRPline prequal
speaking of Qwerpline. We're short a few episodes it seems.
We will forever be short qwrpline episodes
I know, and I don't want to complain, it's just really REALLY good!
This was awesome!
Its my head cannon that this cable show takes place in Nusberg
So at 29:00 Beej is just dressed as Nabeshin right?

I am glad I am not the only one who recognised the cosplay.
His afro suits him. Its easy to clean, just wash it once.
That is the first thing i thought, i was like, is beej....dressing up as Nabeshin? xD
That first 'local' skit was shockingly well done. The camera pans and quick wit would suggest a ton of practice.
43:53 Is that half an avocado resting atop a bowl of lettuce?
I really enjoy the Card Against Humanity driven improv and I don't understand why.
Is anyone on the cast a fan of Tim and Eric Awesome Show? This came across as a less surreal, less cringy version of their stuff, with the ad-lib twist of normal LRL. I actually really liked this, and would like to see similar segments on future LRLs.

Respect. This was great.
I went to Expo 86!
I am enjoying this 4 minutes in.
As a 1 time long gag I think this was really great.
First of all, how dare you. Secondly, this Mystery Box content is working for me.
Im headconnoning this all happens in Unsburg, at some point
Like these are the ads and programs that play
Missed opportunity for a vaporwave remix of the lrl theme.
Check It Out!, with Dr. Steve Brule but with more Canadian public access.... that's some cool technology
Wow, I feel like i'm actually living in Nsburg!
C o o l T e c h n o l o g y
Ben's cool technology bit was hilarious. Reminded me of Nardwar haha
This is brilliant!
Cool Technology!
That was different, I approve!
Beej's costume is so on point! ❤️❤️
Somebody has watched a lot of Look Around You.
A retro feed dump would have been COOL TECHNOLOGY, but I accept this April's Fools offering.
That was... horrifying.
I'm not saying it was bad or good. Just horrifying.
Such a shame that only the costume guy's mic saw balanced properly. But that's what you get from local TV.
I'd rather have seen some sort of Nsburg-themed episode for april fools, but this'll do just fine.
Okay, why aren't there even auto-generated subtitles on this video?
Magicland was fantastic
I'm getting some major Southpaw Regional vibes from that first skit
Best. Episode. Ever.
This is amazing
Uh, no stream highlights at the end there?
The highlights will be on th-cam.com/users/loadingreadylive (we put them there every week, but in this case it felt weird to also include them on the TH-cam replay)
I suspected as much. It makes sense. I've seen the separate highlights and I really appreciate them. I think they're a really good advertisement for the Twitch channel.
Is that Chet Chetterson in the first sketch?
COOL TECHNOLOGY!
I could tell you about the keys hidden inside the golden box. It's visual binary code. It would be perfect for some kind of ongoing project with #LoadingReadyRun
The New Retro Wave song is nice!
Gibb!!!!!!!!!!!
Why is Simon from Magic Land sponsoring Fit Spot?
This is oddly charming.
