Alcohol and tobacco is banned from the F1 games because the age rating. Otherwise it's adult only. Tobacco is since 2006 banned and get censored by F1 and by Codemasters F1 games

Literally only helmet is visible so it is a waste of resources to "fix" that. It would be nice if we were watching replays in free cam but nobody does that, the focus is on driving, not looking around, but that's only my opinion.
