Watched alot of your vids and then finally pulled the trigger on the Q2 Veloce, you were so right, love this car!!!!! Must be great on the autobhan. Keep up the content. I just have to learn how to drive the Alfa properly, but I am getting there.
Thanks for taking the time to video & post this informative review. My 2021 Veloce has just clocked over 26k miles & the Pirelli Pzeros at the rear are almost on the wear detectors now so need replacing very soon. Strangely the factory specification is 225 40 19 at the front & 255 35 19 at the rear. Delinte supply fronts in that size but can’t find the rears so looks like I might need an alternative. I had to replace one of the Pzeros at the front & decided to go for the factory specific AR Pzero which cost me over £200 GPB 😮 Not worth that kinda money & TBH they aren’t great in the rain what with mine being RWD only as 4WD wasn’t an option here in the UK. So to sum up if I can get them in those sizes you’ve pretty much sold them to me. Lol
I have the same set in a 245 35 20, and I've been driving on them daily for over 9 months. At first, I didn't like them as far as how they drove in rain. I thought they were bald, but they were brand new. So I had to really be careful in rain. Then, as I drove on them more, maybe around the 5th or 6th month, they felt alil more grippier in the rain. All in all, for the money, they look good, priced right. Haven't rotated yet, but thats next on the menu. The tread still looks barely worn. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive set of tires that do well in dry weather, these may be right for you.
Came across your vids while researching to buy a 2nd hand Veloce. You are giving very valuable owner advice...Thank You. Which exhaust do you have on your car ?? Glad to see you are enjoying Europe
This expensive rubber is usually for show off purposes, i acknowledge, rubber is not just rubber, but if you’re a decent dude that does spirited driving, robot to robot and nothing crazier, delintes are a killer deal!!
A great way to add suppleness and longevity to a tire is to 'soak' them in 404 silicone solution. The tires will last 2x-3x longer without any degradation in performance.
The trouble I've had with cheap tyres (not this brand but Cooper) is they cause handling issues when they start to wear. Often well before they need replacing.
Ca you give an update on wheels? How are they on potholes? I really want buy one set but kinda dont trust Chinese wheels. Will they crack on large potholes
I have one question not concerning tyres... I believe i read in one of your replies in comments that you do not use race mode anymore... If yes can you elaborate? I am new giulia veloce happy owner and starting my journey with modifications... Greetings fron Poland
Yeh I got rid of it but now I put it back because I missed it lol I think it’s worth it but you must calibrate correctly. I don’t think I did it properly the 2nd time I had to do it which is why I was not happy
I see you are still running the 15mm spacers, did you try the 5mm ones?
Actually 17mm and yep still running them the 5mm were way too small
I absolutely miss Germany! Thanks for the review…I’m in the market for budget tires and these just moved higher on the list 👍🏽

I’m glad man! They are great daily tires
Awesome, honest, real world review man.
Thanks!
This economy made you take a shot, i did the same thing and prob one of the most underrated tires

Totally agree!
Ciao amico mio alfista, a question about the rims, I hope you can answer me, 19 inches to forged 20 inches, what is the weight?

Never knew that!

I put these on my Porsche Boxster and couldn’t be happier. I can buy 3 sets of these for what the big names cost. I’m no race driver anyway

@@club.alfagt What changed? How does it feel, good race mode vs bad race mode?
Feels much more responsive and quick. Steering is much tighter, whole car gets a race car vibe
Good informative video. What is the width of your rims just bought the same tires and my rims was wondering how’d these would fit on a 19x10.5 rim
Hey mine are 9” rims
love the build! where is the link to these badass rims!? can anyone help me out. and on a q4 with four wheel drive could you run these?
Can you drift with your Q4?
Great job
So 300 for all tires ? Not bad
Killer deal
@@club.alfagt the only thing sucks is they when u get a flat they won’t run like run flats and no spare tires
@Chuck-tq3kq yeh that’s true. Never happened to me though thankfully
Damn dude it’s been so long since the ST group 😅 good only days.
Dude. Been forever lol crazy days
@@club.alfagt those were the fun and entertaining days hahaha 😂 I’m not even on any of those groups anymore.
Aren’t delintes one of the cheapest tires around to buy
Inexpensive yes, cheap? Not so much
nope
Explain
Just curious man do you happen to have an instagram id love to follow you and see more of the car
