Lemongrass Chili Chicken - Ga Xao Sa Ot | Helen's Recipes

- Marinade (for each 500g chicken)
1 tbsp minced lemongrass
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1-2 tsp diced red chili
½ tsp salt (optional)

Others: 1tbsp cooking oil, 1tbsp minced garlic, 1tbsp minced lemongrass, 1 onion.
