This is a great movie , watched it in the cinema. Its not scary in the same way of typical horror movie but more gripping like detective story Edit spoiler: in the movie I watched the reason why they moved the grandfather grave was because the grandson’s new born son was sick and the dr couldn’t find out why. The exorcist was the one that recommended to move the grave because the baby was sick the grandfather was haunting the baby

During the Imjin War in the 1590's there was a famous Korean millita leader called "The Red Coat General" because he wore a coat that was supposedly dyed red in the menstrual blood of virgins, that they believed made him bulletproof. To truly appreciate this film, you need to know about various aspects of Korea's long-standing religious rituals, shamanism, and shamanistic possession. If you don't know these things and have never experienced them, you will not know the creepy content or hidden meanings at all.
I enjoyed the interaction between Choi Min-sik (Kim Sang Doek) and Yae Hae-jin (Ko Young Geun). A Geomancer and Mortician who've been friends for years and you can tell that, especially when they argue with one another. This movie is metal as fuck, I agree. #Snakelady
#snakelady I hear coin sword and I think of Kamen Rider OOOs. And as someone who loves Asian monsters, this movie sounds like it's right up my alley. Do I mind spoilers? No, makes it easier to watch (because as much as I love horror, I have to rely on people like you two to get my horror fix because I admit I'm too scared)
1:49 I LOVE when you get to see the creature! Don’t get me wrong I love symbolic horror, but sometimes I just want a monster being a monster. This movie is sooooo good! #SNAKELADY And as someone who was raised by a Black Baptist woman. . . I’m not religious but you better not put my purse on the floor, or spilt a pole. 😂
@@nicoleshh the superstition is you’re disrespecting your money by putting it on the floor. So you’ll go broke. There are so many little things I thought were normal until I got older. Some of them I still follow out of habit, but others I don’t. Like burning my hair, that one is annoying lol. There’s a superstition that if a bird gets a hold of your hair to make a nest you’ll have a headache until the nest is destroyed. So after brushing, never throw it out, just burn it. My mom keeps an ashtray just for burning hair lol.
