In Muay Thai you over pivot for Power. When Buakaw kicks, he usually spins back into guard. I would Say Joe way Is interesting, it's good to have a Quick, safe roundhouse, and a more powerful One.

Honestly. I think roundhouse kicks to anything but the legs are probably the most overrated strike in martial arts
