Where do the chassis come from? Can you buy built cars already? I have been in karting since age 5 (now 24) and we have been looking for next step into stock car racing. Have been looking at Street stock, crate lates, etc. Would love to find out more about Cyclone racing.
+cam kraisinger The new chassis are currently being built by Warlock Jr Late Models in the Illinois/Kentucky area. There are cars currently in the North East, most go by Mini Cup. The suspended cars are oriented more towards dirt racing and the rigid (non-suspension) more towards pavement. To my knowledge there are no tracks in the Northeast that run rigid but just pay attention when buying a used chassis.

There's a big difference between assembling & building.
They have to buy some parts but they probably build the frame

Most late models are about 20’ long, ours were under 10’. They actually make 3/4 scale late models though if you’re looking for one.

It’s actually an MD3 modified late model nose. Comes in two pieces, center seam gets riveted together then
