Kudos for the Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Face Blossoming Approach (just google it)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for revealing the secret to master interviews and get the job without the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy after a lifetime of fighting got amazing results with it.
Hi Afzal, I just wanted to say thank you for this amazing video I literally watched all your videos regarding first stage interviews and final round interviews. I just wanted to personally thank you as I used all of your techniques and tips and have now accepted an offer at my dream company as an assistant compliance officer. Your tips regarding sending thank you emails after each stage really helped me stand out and get an offer. Keep up with the amazing videos God bless !
God you're so right about what the partner interview is like. I was expecting a formal, serious interview with just non-stop tough questions but it was way more friendly and chit-chatty like you said.
Hello Brother, I came across your video minutes before the partner level interview. I tried to remember and adapt the tips you shared about not being nervous and considering the whole interview in a much informal setting than a technical interview. And I cleared the interview. Thankyou so much for the advice. I believe that your advice did improve my confidence and I am grateful to have seen this video prior to the interview. Thankyou brother.
Using these tips ❤️ Thanks! Update: I was called by the partner & was offered the job 🥳 Yay! Super amazing how the partner calls you & not the recruiter 🥳
Hey Afzal, thanks a lot for this great video. Used this for my interview for a risk role in a large investment bank and I got the job!! Thanks a lot once again and keep doing what you do.
Hi I have sent you a message before thanking you for you video on resume and cover letter, thanks to those videos, I got in the door and got an interview ( I did everything you said I should do and it worked). I watched your video on the interview and followed your advice, I did everything you said I should do and I made it to the second round of interviews and I again I watched your videos and did as you said I should and now I have a meeting with the partner (final interview), I have no doubt that this video will assist. Thank you so much for opening the door for me, Without you I wouldn't have made it, thanks for sharing your experience with us.

@@AfzalHussein here we go, I got the offer!! 💥💥It is in a multinational company also 😁 Very happy and wanted to thank you again for this helpful video.
Rafiki Afzal, I only just met you, and it's a little one-way, so it's hard to know if we're a good fit, or if we're bound ever to do business together. It's always a bit tricky entering into a substantive dialogue online. Let me just say I found your video engaging. Keep up the good work. And I'll let you know if we might have a position on the team in the future. Thanks!
Thanks! It's tricky to say. To get so far means one was a strong candidate, but to not get the offer means there was just another better, more suitable candidate for the position. It's a tricky one! Sorry!
@@DivyaRaiChocoholic Hi Afzal, unfortunately I did not get the position for what I applied for, however I did secure another position utilizing your video. Thank you so much.

Hi, I wonder if someone has successfully negotiated salary with Big 4's offer, or is it non-negotiable?. My problem is my current pay is higher than what they offered but I wanted to change my profession from management accountant in industry business to consultant. It is kind of a mix of my existing knowledge and something completely new? How were you guys experiences?
Sweet vid! Azfal what would you say for someone who wants to pursue investment banking, but didn't do a spring week during 1st year uni. (Im about to start 2nd year after summer for a 3 year course)
@@HtheKing Hi, I got a 2.1 at uni (philosophy) and then easily got a job at Deloitte as a data analyst. I enjoy the work but only get 22k a year for 37 hours a week. I'm not interested in investment banking anymore because the hours are like slavery and its not worth it at all. Money is important but there's other ways of making money without selling your life (investing, trading, houses and starting a business). I think stress from a job is addictive, 'high achievers' are often restless and unable to be content with themselves as they naturally are.
@@FireFun63 congrats on landing a role with Deloitte. I actually received an offer two weeks ago from RSM M&A for 22k, honestly the salary seems quite low but is seems its the same across the board, even with the big 4 right?
@@HtheKing yeah same accross the board bro, how old are you? Big companies are worth staying at for a year max then LEAVE!! Long story short I wouldnt spend much of your career at a big company like RSM, unless you're not stressed in the job. But I dont wanna be negative, well done on getting offers!! CAN YOU DO A VIDEO OF HOW TO GET INTO FINANCE/investment banking without an economics or accountancy or finance background. I’m an 1st class engineering graduate need some advice
You don't need an economics or accountancy or finance background. Plenty of people at my assessment centre for Citi studied liberal arts, history, geography etc. Advice is to get experience through summer internships or insight weeks. That's literally the top tip. Networking as well, but mostly networking at university level will just fast track you to assessment centres, rarely land you with an actual job.
