- Brother Neo and Lebo talk about doing property investment deals in Soweto. How they started while being in grade 11 and what they learned from failed deals to get them the great ones.
In this episode I meet up with two brothers, Neo and Lebo founders of Nong Wealth who are doing property investment deals and focusing on educating others in Soweto, South Africa.
Lebo's mindset was changed forever when he read Rich Dad Poor Dad from Robert Kiyosaki when he was only grade 11 and he went on to convince his brother that property is the right way to make money and since then they have been pushing hard in learning from all sorts of people and implementing on the ground.
I give the guys a thumbs up as they discussed two deals, one that didn't work and what they learned from it. The other one was a good deal and they made good money. They talk about lessons learned from tax, speed of execution and many more.
This is one of the podcast where I had fun and the guys were just real.

Just watched this and l can say in all honesty l am in awe of these 2 guys. At your age you really are exceptional. Your emphasis on helping people and adding value to their lives caught my attention. Your parents indeed have a good reason to be proud of you.
The other thing is that you are doing this with a smile on your faces & you are not creating a legacy but memories that you & your family will forever cherish.
