    New for 2022 Bullman Outdoors releases 2 new steps for the Saddle Hunter to use as a Ring of Steps Platform! The Apex Step can also be used as a climbing aid.
    In this video we go over how each option "sets" on the tree and simply how each step responds to being maneuvered around the tree on.
    At the end we give it all we have to see if we can make the steps move by getting out of control with side pressure.
    The ring of steps is one of the most underrated tools in the saddle hunter's arsenal.
    The ability to maneuver 360degrees around the tree can only be attained with at least the addition of steps to one of the new highly marketed platforms.
    The original means to get around the tree by the pioneer saddle hunters was to use steps or spikes in a circular fashion around the tree.
    The idea to carry a tiny tree stand with you to saddle hunt was only devised by the new age saddle companies.
    If you want the best way to stay canceled while saddle hunting by looking incredibly similar to a large branch coming off a tree, a ring of steps is your only option.
    And to that point, the Ring of Steps from Bullman Outdoors are your best options providing the greatest value!
    Get up and around a tree with steps made right here in the USA!
    Don't follow the herd.
    Lead it.

    The platform steps are absolutely the best ring of steps I’ve used while saddle hunting over the past 12 years! The thought regarding design and function are on point and we’ll worth the investment. Will be doing a video overview sometime this season to help spread the word.

    I bought the Apex steps for my ring of steps and I am very impressed. They grip the tree so well. It makes me feel safe, and that is what matters the most.

      They sure are aggressive 😉 ... I am very glad to hear that! Reports like these are what makes all the pain of entrepreneurship worth it !

    What are the steps made out of? Looks to me like they are 3D printed plastic…could be wrong. If they are not aluminum, no deal! Plastic of any kind gets brittle and wears…

    • @BullmanOutdoors
      @BullmanOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are injection molded plastic. My partner has been in plastics for over 30 years. He formulated a blend of multiple plastics and additives specifically for our steps. You can beat them with a sledge hammer and they will only bend. We also had one in the freezer over night and 340lb friend jumped up and down on one ... their strength is hard to comprehend. Let us know if you have any other questions. Good luck to you !

      If they are plastic, why the huge mark up? I can 3d print steps for pennies… acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is stronger than any formula your freind can come up with. How do I know that? Because there is no plastic on earth with better thermal and impact properties! I would imagine that is what you are using to print those steps. I am not knocking you for trying to make a buck, but when you mark a plastic up as much as one of your steps (what is it $11?) that is almost preying off the ignorant. I would encourage you to consider coming down on price..or maybe I could be a competitor 😃 Good luck to you.

      @@2cthetruth ABS is strong and light, but brittle and only so so for UV resistance and wear..... Nylon (stiff but very toughened) and polyolefins are super tough because they flex and would be my choice of material. I would completely agree with you on the price though. I owned my own composites business and I sure would have liked to have margins like these steps! Seems like $40 is about right.

    Can I use both the apex step and the platform step on the same strap to make a ros?

    • @BullmanOutdoors
      @BullmanOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      For sure. You could use a couple platform steps for where you plan on spending the most time and add the Apex around the sides... my only hold up on that would be if I wanted to change the direction I was facing ... you would then have the Apex as your main step as opposed to the platform step... but not a huge deal except for comfort...
