What’s the point of constantly knocking 40k fans as “sweats” when those are the only people interested in watching a playthrough of this game? Big brain play there, champ.
Calm down Captain Serious.....I'm 44, I make my living from painting miniatures for many games, i can safely say the ones with the worst attitude, the most anal-retentive and biggest sweats (especially those in Games Workshop), are the 40K fans.
Almost had to stop watching when you did the tutorial.
The objective was clearly visible the entire time, until you tried to push your face through the doors xD
Looking around is quite important, not only in this game but all games xD
The maps in this game are amazing. The later maps look great. As you go deeper into the space hulk, exploring different ships each time
imagine if there were an orkz version of deathwing but playing various kind of the Meganob. I would play and enjoy that game because i'm an ork boyz and green is best.
Stopping in a year later cause I saw it on sale on Humble for under $5cad with my added Choice discount. Just commenting to say thanks. I think one of the coolest things about TH-cam is that you can find content like this that can still be applicable to the viewer after so much time.

is this game has singleplayer solo content ? or you should play with co op ? is it same story they offer ?
This game was such a riot, really felt like a terminator, good game? Maybe a solid OK? I'm a sucker for some grimdark so that mileage boosts it for me haha
HOW THE F HAVEN'T I HEARD OF THIS GAME BEFORE?!
Sound is VERY important to me, especially after witnessing the glory of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. The foot steps are very lacking for Terminator armor, no weight at all, and for some reason I can't seem to hear them in this video unless you're walking only? When you jog I can't hear them at all, which makes no sense. The Storm Bolter and its bullets are also lacking a little in the umpha department for me personally. Additionally, I'd imagine that the Terminator's visor would allow you not to be blinded by your weapon's flash after each shot. Moreover, I get that this is a "horde" game and that you have to have some sort of enemies hurt you, but realistically, nothing except the actual "big bad boy" Tyranids would be able to hurt someone in Terminator armor--felt like they could've done something a little extra with that fact. 34:30 Plus, I would love if the Tyranids could appear from any and all sides, since they're Tyranids and not just some humanoid creature that only knows how to climb ladders--more hordes would be cool too, since Tyranids are supposed to be overwhelming in number, though this probably changes with difficulty, so.
While I haven't seen the entirety of what this game has to offer, besides some other negatives that I've heard like... the enemies can sometimes lack in variety and some enemies are just reskins, each re-run will be exactly the same, since the maps don't randomly generate (multiplayer too), and so forth. I still need to look at more examples of this game though, so we'll see how true these statements are.
Besides these negatives, everything else seems generally really good/cool--the visuals are great in my opinion, and I hope that one day the devs can come back to fine tune this game because it's somewhat close to being in a "perfected" type of state in my opinion.
Lots of Warhammer games are so close to being "in that spot" where they reach an overall great player satisfaction, yet lots of the time they're just short of getting there, which sucks since I wish to play them longer than just a few hours. If a game is truly good it will last for ages, even if years later you can tell that it's aged, its positives will just be SO positive that it won't matter that the game is a bit older to players, and there's many games out there that prove this.
Darktide is great with the sounds and environments. Space Marine 2 looks like it's going to be awesome

Theres some deffinate jank on this game for sure, the atmosphere and design is great though. I'd kinda like to see a modern take on this, putting all the things they learnt to use, cause they didnt do great warhammer games around this time period but have been dropping some great ones recently. I guess darktide fills that gap though as it is
Yeah, thematically this is more interesting than Darktide for me, but it's a pity they never fixed the jank, and with the SFX too. The sound of footsteps would disappear when walking on certain materials, and on the whole the sound effects doesn't have enough weight on them.
