I do no know. 2000 year is borderline year - some cars was with CAN-bus, some still with KL or KKL interface. If your car is with CAN-bus then some simple VAG-COM adapter will not work but more expensive adapters (which are on E-bay too) supports CAN-BUS if it is mentioned in its description,
In other words, EVERY THING BOUGHT ON EBAY (E-STORE) FROM CHINA MAY NOT WORK AT ALL. You need carry this idea in you mind every time bying from CHINA.

Hi. Unfortunaly I have no W7 64 bit. I think that All WV cars after 2000 have CAN interface, So you need any CAN compatible interface for VAGCOM. You can follow by my link in video description to see the current price for this adapter, and there you can also find CAN-compatible adapter for your car. Prices are about from $10 to $40 USD in China stores. Thanks.

I think will not work with audi 2016. It is KL-line adapter, but may be the young audi uses CANbus.

yes/no....you can connect an engine controller with the combi in witch the keyreader and the immobilizer are. but you will not be able to programm new keys to the imobilizer

use VAG-Com...their are help overlays every time you have to generate a log in code. And try to get an old side-copy of openOBD this site is down but can be realy handy.
