Create an outside->inside zone pair, create a class map that matches the traffic you want to allow, create a policy map that passes (pass) instead of inspecting (inspect) the traffic, then apply the policy map to the zone pair. A pass action is only one direction. May I suggest that instead of allowing traffic into your network that you configure a DMZ for your web server(s) and only allow traffic destined for the web server into the DMZ.
