When has signing Old Players worked for the Sixers. NEVER
here's the question, when has it worked for other teams. LBJ got a chip for Lakers. PG isn't hobbled and per stats, leads NBA in catch and shoot threes and is elite in 1 on 1. So, what does age have to do with it. Saw Brady get a chip for Tampa, didn't Stafford get a chip for LA? hmmm. I see a trend here.

If the 76ers front office is smart and can get Paul George on a team friendly deal where they would have enough money to get good quality bench players then bring PG to PHILLY if not the 76ers need to take a hard pass on him and focus on getting Cameron Johnson & Dorian Finney-Smith via trade from the NETS as well as sign DeMar DeRozan via free agency so in the end the 76ers need a 3rd star and quality bench to compete for championships in the NBA!

Markaden slightly less money and he will still be a functional player at the end of his contract. We get two years max out of these other guys until they’re garbage. Definitely the best move for PG, you about to get max money being the 3rd scoring option. As a Clippers fan I would pass. When you need him, he's going to be as irrelevant as Harris and Harden was. For a team trying to win go after someone with heart that's not just playing for the money.

Nope, we don't need Paul George, we could certainly use him, but acquiring him will be detrimental to the team. The money required to get him could be better spent acquiring two other players, Miles Bridges, DeMar DeRozan Should be targeting UFAs. On top of that we still could go for Kyle Kuzma

Quite obvious that you're having problems understanding the complexity of sports as well as the English language, so let me dumb it down for you. By targeting less costly players, it will leave us reserve money to go after, say , a second unit. Kuzma situation can be addressed by draft picks, they are in the rebuilding mode, they are trying to jettison salary, the draft picks that we have can be used to acquire Kyle kuzma, which is the price they just traded Avdija

10 years since embiids been drafted. I have been a fan my entire life and I whole heartedly feel this could be the nail in the coffin for the franchise. For 4 years we have complained about tobis inflated contract and here we are about to trade one awful contract for an EVEN WORSE ONE.
