For no more reason than disrupting a bass bed that may have eggs and destroyed the days of work that the male and female vigorously fan the bed, but now its gone forever. That female had good genes to even get to 6lbs, and we as fisherman want her to reproduce. The pressure from tournament bass fishing during the spawn is already a detriment to the species, but what Brian New did makes me nauseous. In Brian's defense, this can be a highly strategic sport, and maybe he didn't know the rule about destroying habitat. One thing is for sure, and I can only hope this is true, no professional fisherman will EVER make this mistake again. Thanks Andrew !
Please consider getting rid of the 4 person view, most of us watch to see what the guys are doing and when you have four guys on the screen the resolution just isn't high enough to make out what any of them are doing. Even the split view is tough to make out what they're doing but the four view is just pointless. Also, the amount of commercials is excessive, I get you need to drive revenue but a lot of us dont watch much at all because of it.

Bassmaster and their current "live" production is at an all time LOW. Nothing but a few replays, constant advertising, equipment failures, perpetual mindless desk commentary breaks, "we'll be back at 12" (30 minutes), etc. This Santee tournament was a perfect opportunity for an event that was actually entertaining. They BLEW IT.
