I want to give a shout out to Mr. Rowe for the great questions and for allowing Wayne Bergeron to speak about his experiences about his trumpet life! I really think it’s disrespectful to interrupt the interviewee with the interviewers 2 cents!!! No one wants to hear you, we are here to listen to Wayne!!!! Thank you Mr. Rowe for being respectful!! I have been following all of the Wayne Bergeron interviews and this is the most entertaining interview!
We appreciate the positive feedback. Thanks, Monk
Fascinating interview
I miss playing and hanging with you, Wayne. Thank you, Monk, for this interview, and a toast to so many more!
Thanks Mike, I plan to keep you toasting. Monk
I'd love to have the opportunity to meet Wayne. Such a modest personality which makes his world class playing that much better. I myself was a professional trumpet player when I was a younger man, and I always looked up to Wayne through his videos on TH-cam.
Love watching all of wayne's videos interviews I don't care how long. What a humble gifted musician. I am rooting and praying for you sir for many more playing years to come. Your existence on earth still matters🎺🙏🏾☺️.
Thank you Monk for these great interviews and thank you Wayne for the wonderful inspiration not to mention your unbelievable playing!
All the best to you both.
These interviews are just incredible. These musicians whom I've idolized are also great human beings. I just picked 3 interviews, Wayne's, Erskine, & Peplowski & it was like listening to prophets. Their insights & comments on human nature had me mesmerized. Thanks Monk for such great questions & giving them space to answer.
Thanks for your supportive comment. Monk
Incredible
Wonderful! Thanks Wayne!
God Bless you Wayne. I too am a cancer survivor of prostate cancer. Fortunately I was able to avoid the chemo as the radiation did the trick. Or at least I HOPE so. I do a lot of live gigs in 7 different bands all small horn sections as on my level there's really no money in "big band", but it'd be neat to be in a trumpet section with you someday.
I did a few dates in Palm Springs with Steve Madao. Wonderful kind man.
Great 👍
Such a modest man. Cool

Between sets our lead trumpet player would try to pickup girls at the bar. "Ohhhh, are you the one who plays the high notes?" I'd chime in and say, "If it wasn't for me playing low notes on the trombone, how would you know he played high?" "Uh.... I don't ... you're right." Lead trumpet players are attracted to stupid chicks.
