I'm pretty sure they are using the surfboard mount. From what I've been told it holds up to the cold and the water resistance makes it a perfect fit.

I don't really get the "we bet you've never seen one quite like this" blurb in the about section. There are a ton of incredible amateur videos that are at least as good as this on TH-cam. There are these Italian kids that have made the sickest GoPro edits I have ever seen. And they are not sponsored and the dude edits them in his bedroom.
