When I was a kid we had a green onion grass that grew in our yard and we used to eat it. So when I saw that piece I laughed cuz it literally was onion grass from our yard.
If you like veggies try it with only vegetables. I make that type for my grandchildren. Lots of cucumber carrots avocado even ripe tomatoes in season. Or the seasoned egg omelet. I know this isn't probably considered sushi but I've put a slice of smoked BBQ pork on rice with a slice of good half sour deli pickle. Hubby went crazy for it that way.
When he was about to eat that fatty tuna I was literally praying for it not to fall apart I was literally cheering like people were at the avengers endgame 😂😂
@@candied.crabapples Most restaurants are open its just most require you to sit outside or get take out. Sitting outside in high 90 degree heat is not the most pleasant thing. And sitting at home with take out has long lost its appeal with me. Its the simple normalcy i miss.

Sushi in Japan is the best! Loved that assorted tuna sushi dish, especially the minced/scraped tuna nigiri and otoro nigiri!!!
