We have a good service delivery mechanism but the implementation is very poor. It seems that those responsible were not appointed on merit. The Auditor General's office must ensure that the citizens are informed of how their money is being spent / managed.
I agree. The entire government needs to be audited back to independence and forensic accountants from the FBI should be brought in to do the auditing so we can figure out where all of the money went.

Auditing can be done so long as adequate resources are allocated to AGO annually. PAC must probing into those reports tabled in Parliament and are collecting dust.

This audit by law is required to be carried out by the Provincial Audit Services as required by the Auditor General's office every year ending 30 April.Is he telling us his electorate was never audit including these departments he mentioned? This is the first piece of document a leader should be asking for before resuming office. Why now?
