Quick Masala Corn Chaat | Indian Corn Salad | Sweet Corn chaat recipe
Makes a great snack or party appetizer. This salad uses canned corn for making the chaat.
Ingredients
200 gm canned corn
¼ cup carrots finely chopped
1/8 cup tomato finely chopped.
¼ cup green bell peppers finely chopped
1/8 cup onions finely chopped.
1 green chili finely chopped.
Few sprigs coriander leaves finely chopped.
1-2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp olive oil
Dry spices
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp chaat masala powder
