I love this song SO much. You can feel the power behind it it's amazing.
I've spent many hours reading the books, completing all three games, and now watching the series. The music and this moment have truly resonated and captured the emotion of Geralt and Cirilla's relationship. Even though they never knew each other they embraced as though they have lived a lifetime with one another akin to brother and sister. This scene brought a tear to my eye.
This Sound track is absolutely gorgeous . The way all the Instruments blend in together is astounding . Go out side into your garden and sit on your patio . Put your head phones on and listen to this song with your eyes closed . You will feel so calm and tranquil .

I remember watching this scene for the first time, tearing up, and fully covered with goosebumps.. I couldn’t understand why. Yes the scene is well done and beautiful in its own right, but after the 3rd or 4th time watching it I realised it was this soundtrack that had me feeling all sorts of ways.

I was having some trouble one day and I was thinking about how God would save me under a forest on the day of judgement from all trouble, and that that forest would symboliye all my good deeds. And funnily and oddly enough I stumbled on this song and I felt its soothing sounds. And I saw Geralt hugging Ciri and I thought to myself wth could this mean and it made sense> a man is holding unto faith, he is holding unto hope in the forest of the material world. Faith in God. That-s what it meant to me

What they did to the character and the storyline, was simply atrocious.
I keep my fingers crossed for the Warhammer 40k show Cavill talked about. Let's hope they don't enlist the same hacks as writers and leave the lore and characters alone this time.🙏🏼
