The piano is way too off chord to be because of computer, the cello tries very hard to go slow, only to fail, and then get it right after, and the chorus...not only changed from high pitch women to literally a man's voice, the vocal notes themselves are completely different. They use a lot of A's and I's, while the original is O's and I's. A lot of people are more about recreating the songs themselves in their own little way, learning the instruments or collaborating with those that play, and this sounds like that, not like the song was slowed down due to computer.
