That was a good attempt! But there are some issues that stop it working. The tank must have no air in it , the air getting in stops the suction, also no air in the intake pipe put a one way valve at the bottom of this pipe to stop water running out once it is full. The diameter of the outlet pipe must be bigger than the intake pipe, the weight of the water falling out of the big pipe is what makes it suck water through the smaller pipe. The outlet pipe must be very very long ( much longer than inlet try several meters longer) and on a slight angle down, add a reducer pipe at the end of the outlet pipe. Lift the tank up very high above to increase downward flow of water, fast speed out greater suck . to stop air coming into tank from outlet pipe put in a stand pipe that is taller than the tank( put T joint into outlet pipe), if any air burps back up it will go out the stand pipe. I hope this helps
surely the tank has no air in it thats why it causes it to implode..no matter what issues you raise i suggest that you do it ..and i wiil tell you again it absolutely doesnt work
painta76 is correct, there should be no air in the system and the suction pipe should be full of water too. This can be accomplished by putting a foot valve at the intake. This system can lift water at a maximum height (head) of 6 feet (measured from the level of water at the reservoir to the height of the intake outlet. The 6 feet is computed from the standard atmospheric pressure of 14.7 psi at sea level. Make it less than 6 feet for more flow. Thank you Julius for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
My friend, Only yesterday I somewhat was successful in my attempt with the free energy water pump system at my five year old daughter's science fair after spending 6 very difficult days in my experiments. One of the many things I learnt ( by God's grace), was that it is very important to include a large enough air trap just after the exit of the outlet. By doing so, the air trapped in the tank will have an immediate escape route which will help the water to flow a little more freely. The air trap will also build up a back pressure when it is full, which in my openion ( and the openion of a few others) help add more pressure to the flow. I'm am still to work out the science in this regard to improve the system, because like you, I'm also very anxious to see if this system can really be of a help to my community here in Guyana. I live in a small town call Lethem.
My Friend, I tried it myself and failed in like manner. Don't want to give up if it can work. I used a 5 gallon water bottle. What size pipe would you suggest for the inlet and out let. Is there a video you would recommend, that demonstrates the principle you outlined. Would be grateful. I do better with visual.
Oh di kaya'y makahak man, konti lang.

Also, yung height ng tanke mo will play a big role. Kailangan mas mataas para mas mabilis ang velocity ng tubig when going down. This will generate a stronger vacuum.

I was reading comments, and I can't help but make my comment too.. This setup falls under the so called siphon effect and this setup will never work. To lift 27 3/4 inches or 70.5 cm of water at sea level you would need 1 PSI (pound per square inch) of pressure. The higher the lift height, the more PSI you would need. It's better to use a smaller diameter INLET pipe. The discharge or OUTLET pipe or line should be LONG to maintain internal vacuum and capillary action, larger in diameter, and bushed down to 1" at discharge point. Add 2 expanding columns f same height & downstream of your 60 gallon drum to facilitate pressure surge. Discharge point should be lower in elevation. If you want to draw water from a deep well, I don't think if would work. Best If shallow well or SURFACE water like pond or lake. Also try ram pump method.
Meaning to say, the elevation water pump should be the same ratio of height vs. the depth in order to maintain the good vacuum phase with sufficient drum volume surface at the same time.

1 of the possible issue that I noticed that caused the operation failure is that you must eliminate the air on the system. The intake vertical pipe should also filled with water prior to operation
Try putting a back flow valve and remove all the air inside and also make the tank as strong as it could be, to counter the atmospheric pressure from the outside, and also build up the vacuum pressure in the inside of the tank... Yhanks
It can be workable if the outlet pipe is bigger than intake with long enough then put reducer at the end with same dia. at intake and container must be airtight.

I love your videos....I hope to meet you in the near future. I want to learn it.....I want to make a farm in my home liberia. Can you also make an English version of your videos... Thanks for teaching us.
Aww man, I was pulling for you. There's a lot of factors involved, and when you get it work, obstruction in the pipe would be an issue, just like clogging is with a pump. Still, enjoyed your video.
Hi, the universal law of water flow is that water moves from higher potential energy to lower potential energy of water in the tube. When i was examining your set-up I was pretty sure that it is not going to work because there is no potential energy difference at any point in the system once you close the valve on top of the container. I am a soil water physicist, Eduardo P Paningbatan Jr., PhD. an allumnus of Katipunan National Agricultural School (now JRMSU). Also, I have developed a backyard hydroponics/ aquaponics systems that does not require electricity, which i will be glad to share to you this coming Dec. In KNAS allumni Home Coming.
I've tried and it is successful but only for a few hours before at some point micro sippage of air gotten it loss suction. And eventually you have to prime the tank again. There are many other technical factors to consider to on one way anti-back flow principal as well as proportional ratio between the suction and discharge.
Great try! Could the issue be that the pressure in the tank is not enough to pull up the weight of the replacement water? If you increase the down pipe size and constrict the up flow pipe, the rate of water leaving the tank would increase and the speed of the up flow pipe would increase to achieve the pull needed?
At least you're trying. It's ok to fail because you learn what does and doesn't work. You can always combine a cars generator/alternator with a water pump out of your water tank and it will run as long as you have water feeding it. It would solve your problem because you don't have to worry about water pressure. You lot have gave me great ideas so good luck guys from Australia
You need the tank and all the pipes full of water with the air gone from the system before you open the drain pipe to start it, the drain pipe also needs to be under water.. the pipe at the top of the tank is too high up, it also needs to be under water before you open the drain... Its a good idea, keep trying..
The diameter of the lower pipe shoud be at least double size of the top pipe depending on the height difference and vacuum, you can check the ram pump principles as well, it is possible but it still needs a bit energy or some external pressure in the return pipe to have a good efficiency
Symphonic principles just eliminate the air in the container once the correct ratios of water out (discharge)and water in (suction) it will create to much vacuum to the container causing to damage. Im planning to do experiment also to drive a ram pump so you can transfer water at certain elevation.
Can i give a helpful idea? I suggest you must attatch a foot valve from that siphone tube or return and a valve to fill water to avoid air presence from the circulation that makes the vacuum pressure loosed and maintain it's vacuum strength.i hope this will be a helpful comment.thanks for your time.
Another thing if you live near river or a decent stream of water you can use a air ram water goes in the front fuel check valve and up to a bubble an air bubble and when the pressure equalizes in the air bubble it shuts the first check valve off and then moves water through another check valve you can raise water up to 60 ft in the air you don't use the water directly in the hydroponics or aquaponics system you just use it as a power source to run your water pump and it runs 24/7 365 go on TH-cam and look up air ram you can make them yourself you might be able to even use used one to pump water up in the air and as the waterfalls down through the old-fashioned charging system that uses loops or 10 cans the generate static electricity high voltage you could even charge a battery
My opinion, and ill try it my self. Make the out let of the water longer than the intake, to avoid the air to be pulled in by the intake. And second make the intake as high as posible in the vacume chaimber to have as little air in as posible,
Correct, the outlet pipe ahould be longer. Also, I think the intake pipe should be smaller than the outlet pipe to minimize the necessary vacuum pressure needed to pull the water up. Try mo lang again sir.
@@luiedaclan123 River or pond must be higher than exit, output! All tubes must be airtight. Run output into a bucket of water to prevent air from leaking in. Inlet pipe and outlet pipe can be any diameter. Larger pipes = more water.
@@Dingsrud thats completly siphon procedure sir.. with this system i,ntake pipe can sanction low water source towards to high tank or drum by vacuum, and the high velocity flow of water in oulet create vacuum energy...siphoning is different
I also made a trial but not succesful. I think the container's flexibility vs vokume also play some role in making the suction pump work. I use a 10L container but is to rigid and the water volume that comes out initially is not enough to induce a vacuum effect that enable it to suck water from the source.
Dako akong duda hinala mu work na sya. Saktong computation ras volume sa tubig against gravity. Patabang tag Engr. ana.
You must improve Suction portion of your pipeline . Elbow fittings loose the velocity of water. I suggest, you willl use 45 degrees or 30 degrees angle.
I watched many videos of that system and I observed that there should be some factors to be satisfy aside from the size of the pipes which depends also the size of the water tank to be used it should be the water tank along with the inlet pipes which dont forget to connect a check valves on the end which was to be submerged on the water source, the water tank and the pipes will be completely full of water and no air inside and supposed to be hundred percents no leaks for the water thats why they used always solvents to properly sealed both the tanks and the pipes in your demonstration if I m correct you never removed the air in the suctions inlet pipes by putting the water inside and attached check valves which is the most important so that no air will penetrates inside the inlet pipes. If there is presence of air inside the Inlet Pipes and Water Tank the principle of Vacuum suctions will not work because a "GAP" or SPACE will be created inside whether in the tank or in the inlet pipes so the "CONTINUITY OF ACTIONS" will not be done.
a lot of you guys thinking about "we need solid container for that" but before we try things about "free energy" we must consider 4 things... trust me, I'm an engineering student 1. energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it transforms from one form to another 2. we must learn simple hyraulics... when it comes to liquid system, we need hydraulics knowledge or ANY HYDRAULIC BOOK for beginners 3. try to sketch out first and from the sketch, analyse some things about water flow, pressure, weight, etc., also consider things about air which "air is more compressible and decompressible than water" 4. consider gravity and weight always fall downwards I hope, I can make a video of this and explain the basic hydraulics in this system
I'm not sure if it will ever work, but maybe if you have some sort of non return at the bottem of the suction side that does not cause to much restriction for water flow and also try to prime the suction pipe before sealing the top so that it does not have to suck alot of air before the watter, it might reduce the amount of suction pressure needed for the water to travel al the way to the top. Don't know all the physics so don't be disappointed if it doesn't work. Good luck with the farming.
We have to follow the nature rule water move from higher point to lower one , the pressure crate in the tank is not strong enough to suck the water up to fill the tank , it sucks the air in instead . Remember energy can not be seft created , it tranfer one form to another ,
I still believe that system can work. I think there should be a minimum ratio between top (vacuum space) and bottom (water / pressure). Use a taller container. The shape of the container may also affect. A diamond shaped container maybe the optimal, with the height ratio of 2:10. Since the system rely on gravity, You need the right amount of water in the container to create a vacuum at the top to suck the water in. And at the same time water creates pressure at the bottom to push the water out. I really wanted to test this system, but cant do it in my place right now

It can be workable if the outlet pipe is bigger than intake with long enough then put reducer at the end with same dia. at intake and container must be airtight.
I tried it already

Sige sige salamat
I've tried and it is successful but only for a few hours before at some point micro sippage of air gotten it loss suction.
And eventually you have to prime the tank again. There are many other technical factors to consider to on one way anti-back flow principal as well as proportional ratio between the suction and discharge.
doesn't work sir.
@@JGsbackyardlettuceKagulay1 I would like to show you my video but only able to share via cloud.
@@jeremytheonlyone alright.. pls email me at jcgerona@sanbeda.edu.ph
Great try! Could the issue be that the pressure in the tank is not enough to pull up the weight of the replacement water? If you increase the down pipe size and constrict the up flow pipe, the rate of water leaving the tank would increase and the speed of the up flow pipe would increase to achieve the pull needed?
Done it with 1.5L softdrink bottle sir, I think little adjustment lang cgro kulang sa
Salamat brod, for trying.
Its a learning experience... your new subsi here.
Thank you. Hahhaha
Thanks a lot Dan. Regards from Philippines
You need the tank and all the pipes full of water with the air gone from the system before you open the drain pipe to start it, the drain pipe also needs to be under water.. the pipe at the top of the tank is too high up, it also needs to be under water before you open the drain... Its a good idea, keep trying..
I will consider this next time.thank you sir steve
The diameter of the lower pipe shoud be at least double size of the top pipe depending on the height difference and vacuum, you can check the ram pump principles as well, it is possible but it still needs a bit energy or some external pressure in the return pipe to have a good efficiency
Thank you
Pwde sir. I love to know
Thank you for giving us good idea in farming
Symphonic principles just eliminate the air in the container once the correct ratios of water out (discharge)and water in (suction) it will create to much vacuum to the container causing to damage. Im planning to do experiment also to drive a ram pump so you can transfer water at certain elevation.
Thank you sir
simple lang hanap ng iba, to see is to believe.
Yes sir ganun
Great job kuya👌❤️. I love your gravity pump
Not working bro
Sige sir subok uli
Can i give a helpful idea? I suggest you must attatch a foot valve from that siphone tube or return and a valve to fill water to avoid air presence from the circulation that makes the vacuum pressure loosed and maintain it's vacuum strength.i hope this will be a helpful comment.thanks for your time.
Para gagana yan sir kailangan puno yung tank at saka kailangan mas mababa parin yung dulo ng delivery outlet kaysa sa source
Nagawa na din sir wala tlga
@@JGsbackyardlettuceKagulay1 sir parang ganito lang din principle nyan: th-cam.com/video/CZmP0vsRBZ8/w-d-xo.html
Wow! Amazing
My opinion, and ill try it my self. Make the out let of the water longer than the intake, to avoid the air to be pulled in by the intake. And second make the intake as high as posible in the vacume chaimber to have as little air in as posible,
do you have sample sir? is it working?
1) Source must be higher than output. 2) plase a upward bend at the output or dip it into a bucket of water.
Patabang tag Engr. ana.
Mao lage boss.
Did you fill the return line with water before opening the valve ? If its full of air it wont suck.
Yes I just did
Thank you i will try again
As in puro tubig lang dapat.
Hope it helps. God bless
good day , new subscriber here, i want to learn more about this
Welcome to my channel
You must improve Suction portion of your pipeline . Elbow fittings loose the velocity of water. I suggest, you willl use 45 degrees or 30 degrees angle.
Do not bother, will never work. This is a siphon. The input water level must be higher then the delivery.
Thank you for sharing sir
You put some pvc vertical between outlet and tank for air pressure, and put foot valve to hold the water
Noop, none of that will make it work.
Thanks for this man.
I think you should try it again. You are trying called drum pump. I saw a video with AgriBusiness Channel using Drum pump and Ram pump

@@JGsbackyardlettuceKagulay1 thank you
a lot of you guys thinking about "we need solid container for that" but before we try things about "free energy" we must consider 4 things... trust me, I'm an engineering student
1. energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it transforms from one form to another
2. we must learn simple hyraulics... when it comes to liquid system, we need hydraulics knowledge or ANY HYDRAULIC BOOK for beginners
3. try to sketch out first and from the sketch, analyse some things about water flow, pressure, weight, etc., also consider things about air which "air is more compressible and decompressible than water"
4. consider gravity and weight always fall downwards
I hope, I can make a video of this and explain the basic hydraulics in this system
Thank you very much. yes pls make one pls
Good luck with the farming.
hi sir im trying my best but this dsnt work at all
No, no foot valve is needed. In fact that is the reason to use a valve. Barrel = no need for a foot valve.
I think maybe a larger diameter pipe on bottom. And smaller pipe going up. Would be more weight pulling. I think 🤔
I tried already sir. Still nothing happens
Thank you Sir,about your sharing
You're welcome
I really wanted to test this system, but cant do it in my place right now
I'll try again
Noop. Exit from system must be lower than source. Water can not flow uphill.
kindly observed the big pvc pipe, now he put air do you think the air pressure will not pass through the big pipe?
May update na po ba nito sir in your succeeding experiment? I hope you can share po. Thanks.
