These locomotives were purpose-built. LU have converted passenger rolling stock for departmental use such as Rail Adhesion Trains and the Track Recording Train.
From what I've seen these services run with a locomotive at the front and rear of the train however, I wouldn't be surprised if this occaisionally doesn't happen
my brain would tell me to hop onto one of those flat carriages XD
For sure 😂
Same lol
Great video.
Are those locomotives purpose-built or remade from some unknown types of older passenger rolling stock?

0:31. I dont like the look of the new refurbished tube traiins, they look a bit uncomfortable. 😁
this is first class seating on the newest trains in service
Yeah. I don't even want to imagine what standard class seating looks like
LONDON UNDERGROUND FREIGHT🗣🔥🔥
Do deep-level tube freight services always run double-enders with a leading and trailing locomotive?

💕Wow💚💚🧡💚💚💚💚
It looks like 1938 stock but yellow
Rare?
Definately. Usually these would run very late at night or in the very early mornings so to see one in the middle of the day is very unusual.
Not really unusual at all. This is a training run which runs a few times every week generally.
@@SouthLondonRailwayPhotography I didn't know that. Useful to know next time I see one in the middle of the day.
