Get an old battery , use water to drain the acid wash good then after all water is drained open the top cover ( use eyes protection ) then let dry completely after open the laminated led in the cell and place carbon fill up the cell inside and over with carbon all these materials will ( store + ) positive power and the next cell will ( store - ) negative, so battery have 6 cell, 3 cells negative connected to other 3 cells positive then when electricity is needed the ions starts to move from cell to cell in chain movement, but all this energy come from the materials of lead and carbon amount to store AMPS is the number of capacity of energy that the cell can store when is needed such energy. Some batteries are 550 Amps. Others 650 Amp this battery shall be inches bigger than the 550 amps because have more lead in the cells to store more ELECTRONS. More AMPS bigger cells bigger batteries. Then when you fill extra carbon in the cells you seal the top will plastic seal, the cell must be separated acid will not move from cell to cell, acid and cell will have specific polarity, after sulfuric acid is given to the cell shall be cover the carbon, and start to charge very low to given time to the energy find polarity then the first charge it's the possibility that the acid will buble and give some acid smoke ( ( warning do not make any spark because that smoke is splosive it will blow up.)) Place the caps and turn off the charger let cool off check the charge, all done for a carbon battery for years to be used.

This is probably a fake, as he using only one cell, which is limited in voltage.. it could maximum generated about 1.5 Volts with Aluminium and copper... He has probably hidden a different 12 Volts battery inside the charcoal..
The voltage of one cell is only mainly dependant from the 2 dissimular metals and only barely by the electrolyte...you could only boost the voltage with a good electrolyte maybe 0.5 Volts but not much more... so he could never achive 12 VOLTS with this setup...
So this his must be a fake...
First of all, lithium batteries are a single cell, not like liquid batteries
